2.The competition is open to all permanent residents of Australia with an open drivers licence. Cost of entry via the internet is free. Internet connection rates apply.
3.Employees of the Promoter, Apollo Motorhome Holidays (parent company to Hippie Camper) and their immediate families and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
4.Fraudulent entries will be deemed invalid. To enter, entrants will be required to provide various personal information including but not limited to name, email address, residential address, contact phone number/s, and gender for the purpose of verifying eligibility.
5.A limit of 1 entry per member per day applies.
6.This promotion is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the prize winners.
7.The competition entry period commences on Friday 19th August at 09:01 AEST and concludes at 12:01 EDST on Monday 31st October 2011 AEST.
8.The winner/s will be judged, commencing Friday 4th November 2011 AEST at the premises of the promoter. The most creative/engaging answer/s as determined by the promoter will be deemed the 'major winner'. Judges/Promoters decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

11.Prize is valid for use until 31st October June 2013.
12.Liability: A $2,500 liability fee will be charged to the winner’s credit card at the commencement of the hire period. If the winner is between 18 and 20 a $3,500 liability fee will be charged to the winner’s credit card at the commencement of the hire period. The liability fee will be refunded in full on the condition that the vehicle is returned in the same condition as it was provided. Credit Card fees apply and are non refundable. 13.Entrants from countries other than Australia are allowed to enter the competition but any costs associated with getting to mainland Australia are the responsibility of the winner.
14.Standard rental terms and conditions apply and are subject to change without notice – see
www.hippiecamper.com. This hire applies to the daily rental rate, government fees and taxes and liability fees. This free rental is subject to vehicle availability and approval by Apollo Motorhome Holidays at all times.
15.Valid for hire from any Hippie Camper branch in Australia (including Brisbane, Melbourne, Sydney, Cairns and Perth). Not valid for hire during Australia’s peak hire seasons of December – January, Easter and Splendour in the Grass.
16.Pick-up: Either Brisbane, Cairns, Melbourne, Sydney or Perth. Drop-off: Either Brisbane, Cairns, Melbourne, Sydney or Perth.
17.Restrictions: All entries are to be made by the intended driver of the prize vehicle. Drivers must have a valid open driver’s license.
18.Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash. Travel to and from the Hippie Camper branch pick up and drop off is at the winner’s expense. These terms and conditions apply in conjunction with any third party vendor terms and conditions.
19.Hire cannot be changed once booked except at the winner’s own expense. Hire must be booked a minimum of 2 months prior to pickup date.
20.It is the winner's personal responsibility to ensure that they have valid documentation and Australian Manual Driver’s Licence at the time of the hire. Any fines, penalties, payments or expenditures incurred during the hire period or as a result of such documents being obtained or not meeting the requirements of those authorities will be the sole responsibility of the winner.
21.Vehicle hire is supplied on a vehicle only basis with standard insurance (for full details go to
http://www.hippiecamper.com/campervan-hire-conditions.aspx). Petrol is not included. The nominated winner may be required to cover incidentals including petrol, holiday/travel insurance.etc that are not included in the prize. All other expenses associated with the prize are not included, unless otherwise stated.
22.The Promoter reserves the right to request winners to provide proof of identity and proof of residency at the nominated prize delivery address. Identification considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the Promoter.
23.If for any reason any element of the prize/s becomes unavailable, which is out of the promoters control then a similar prize to equal value, will be awarded in lieu. In the event that for any reason whatsoever a winner does not take an element of the prize at the time stipulated by the Promoter then that element of the prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of that element of the prize.
24.Prize winners are advised that Tax implications may arise from their prize winnings and they should seek independent financial advice prior to the acceptance of the prize.
25.The Promoter reserves the right to refuse to allow a winner to take part in any or all aspects of the prize, if the Promoter determines, in their absolute discretion, that a winner is not in the mental or physical condition necessary to be able to safely participate in the prize. It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winner may be required to sign a legal release in a form determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion.
26.The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies shall not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect or consequential loss), expenses, damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (including but not limited to that arising from any person's negligence) in connection with using any prize, except any liability that cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law).
27.If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter, which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness or integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process.
28.The winners will be notified by telephone and published on the Apollo Motorhome Holidays’ websites.
29.Prize values are the recommended retail value as provided by the supplier and are correct at time of printing. All prize values are in Australian dollars unless where stipulated. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any variation in prize values.
30.All entries become the property of the Promoter and will be used solely for the purpose of conducting this promotion. All personal details of winning entrants will be stored electronically at the office of the Promoter or its agency acting on its behalf in relation to this promotion. A request to access, update or correct any information should be directed to the Promoter. A copy of the Promoter’s privacy policy in relation to treatment of personal information collected may be obtained by contacting the Promoter.
31.The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows an entrant to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and will render all entries submitted by that entrant invalid. Caution: any attempt to cause malicious damage or interference with the normal functioning of the Promoter’s website or the information on the website, or to otherwise undermine the legitimate operation of this promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, whether successful or not, the Promoter reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law. If the Promoter suffers loss or incurs any costs in connection with any breach of these conditions of entry or any other legal obligation by an entrant, the entrant agrees to indemnify the promoter for those losses, damages and costs.
32.Each entrant agrees that the Promoter may publish or cause to be published the winner’s name, and locality in any media as required under the relevant lottery legislation. Entrants can also gain access to, update or correct any personal information by contacting the Promoter at the address below. All personal information will be stored at the office of the Promoter. 33.The promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process.
