Competition Terms & Conditions
1. Information on how to enter form part of these terms and conditions.
2. Entry is only open to residents of Australia. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families and retailers within Caneland Central and the retailers’ employees and their immediate families are ineligible to enter. Promotion commences at 9am on Saturday 3rd September 2011. Entries close at 5.30pm on Wednesday 12th October 2011.
3. To enter you must complete the entry form published in the Daily Mercury on the dates specified below with 5 coupons attached and drop it into the barrel located at the Customer Service Desk or the Daily Mercury 38-40 Wellington Street, Mackay between Saturday 3rd September and Wednesday 12th October 2011. All entries and coupons must be in original form.
4. The coupons and entry forms will be printed in the Daily Mercury from and including 3rd September 2011 to 12th October 2011. There will also be a token available to use online at
www.dailymercury.com.au (Only 1 online token permitted per entry.)
5. The entry forms will be collated and the first eligible entry drawn will win a brunch with Yo Gabba Gabba for 4 adults and 6 children at a restaurant within the Caneland Central Shopping Centre. The restaurant terms and conditions for claiming the prize may apply. The Prize must be taken on Sunday 16th October at a time specified by Caneland Central and Yo Gabba Gabba and is not transferable.
6. The draw will take place in centre at Caneland Central at 10.00am Thursday 13th October. Winners not present will be notified by telephone.
7. Judges decision is final and no correspondence will be entered in to.
8. If the winner is under the age of 18 years the prize will be awarded to the winner’s parent or guardian.
9. The prize(s) is/are not redeemable for cash and cannot be transferred or exchanged.
10. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss), or for personal injury suffered or sustained, as a result of taking the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
11. The Promoter may conduct such further draws at the same place as the original draw as is necessary in order to distribute the unclaimed prize by the date specified in (5.).
12. All entries become the property of the Promoter. All entries will be entered in to a database and the entrants’ names and addresses may be used for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes.
13. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel the Promotion at any time.
14. Participation in the Promotion implies acceptance of all conditions of entry.
15. The Promoter is Lend Lease a trading name of Lend Lease Property Management (Australia) Pty Ltd ABN 61 002 894 153, Level 4, 30 The Bond, 30 Hickson Road, Millers Point, NSW, Sydney 2000.
