7. Terms and conditions of the accommodation are as follows:

1. VIP Pass entitles holder to entry to Warner Bros. Movie World, Sea World and Wet'n'Wild Water World from date of purchase until 30 June 2012 inclusive BUT NOT:-
1. to special events conducted outside advertised park trading hours; nor
2. on Christmas Day.
2. On any valid day entry is permitted ONCE to each selected park. Any extensions or refunds as a result of limited visitation or suspension are not allowed.
3. VIP Pass does not entitle the holder to:-
1. entry to the Sea World Resort Water Park, Sea World Helicopters or Sea World Animal Adventures; nor
2. Annual Pass member benefits.
4. VIP Pass is not transferable, cannot be sold, cannot be given to anyone else to use, is not redeemable for cash and cannot be used with any other offer.
5. VRTP may cancel or suspend the VIP Pass and/or remove the holder from a park if they breach ANY park rules which are set out at the front gate of each park. VRTP reserves the right to close rides and/or attractions on a permanent or temporary basis during the life of the VIP Pass.
6. The original VIP Pass must be presented to be allowed entry to a park. NO PASS - NO ENTRY
7. If the VIP Pass is lost, stolen or damaged $20.00 is payable to obtain a replacement pass. If the VIP Pass is stolen the replacement fee may be waived if a documented police report is provided.

Excluding Saturday nights, gazetted school holidays and special events as defined by Sea World Resort. Four VIP passes which entitle the family of four unlimited entry to Village Park Theme Parks including Warner Bros Movie World, Sea World and Wet ‘n’ Wild Water World. Flights and accommodation are subject to availability at time of booking. Additional spending money, meals, taxes, valid passports, visas, transport to & from departure point, transfers, insurance & all other ancillary costs are the responsibility of the winner.
