Competition - Terms and Conditions
NoteMaker “Sign up and Win - September/October 2011” Competition Terms and Conditions
1. The competition entry page
http://notemaker.com.au/pages/subscribe-to-notemaker-newsletter forms part of the Terms and Conditions of entry into the NoteMaker “Sign Up and Win” Competition. By entering the competition, entrants are deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.

Individual entries are open worldwide.3. The Promoter, ‘NoteMaker’, reserves the right to verify the validity and originality of entries and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that does not adhere to these Terms and Conditions.

Entries close at 6:00pm Australian EST on Monday 31 October, 2011. No entries will qualify for a prize after this time.
5. All entries must be submitted via the Pen Pal Sign Up Form on the subscribe page and include your email address. NoteMaker will then automatically add you to the competition and our subscriber mailing list.
6. Judging will take place on Thursday 3 November 2011 at the promoters premises. The judges’ decision is final.
7. All entries’ must be your own individual email address. Duplicate entries will not be accepted.
Only one entry per person.8. Four winners will be chosen from all current and new subscribers to the NoteMaker subscriber email list. The winners will be notified by email address and asked for their name and postal address to receive the prize. If a response is not received by the winning entrants within 2 weeks a new winner will be chosen. The four winners will each be sent a $150 stationery prize pack. Winning entrants will be notified if they are successful within 2 weeks of this competition being judged.
9. The contents of the major prizes may vary upon time of prize being drawn subject to stock levels. The total prize pool is AUD $600.
10. All prizes will be distributed to entrants no later than Wednesday 30 November 2011.
12. The Promoter will not take responsibility for any lost prizes if the Winner’s postal address details have been incorrectly provided or have changed.
13. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of taking the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
14. All parts of all entries become the property of the Promoter and as such no submitted material will be returned. Unless entrants opt out in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy, their details in the competition entry form will be entered into a database and the Promoter may use the entrants’ names, telephone numbers, addresses and e-mail addresses for future promotional and marketing purposes. This details will not be shared to any third parties in accordance to our privacy policy.
15. Entrants consent to the Promoter using all entrant’s submissions and name in any media, including advertising for an unlimited period of time without payment for the purposes of promoting this competition and promoting any products, manufactured, distributed and/or for sale by the Promoter.
16. All entries (winning or not) may be shown in an online exhibition at
www.notemaker.com.au or for the purposes of marketing or press material. Any work exhibited will be credited.
17. If for any reason this competition is not capable of running as planned, (including but not limited to) infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right to terminate, modify or suspend the competition.
18. The Promoter is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction from participation in or downloading any materials in this competition.
19. Any costs associated with accessing the Promoter’s website
www.notemaker.com.au is the entrant’s responsibility.
20. Total prize-pool value as at the date these Terms and Conditions are published over $600.00 (including GST).
