5.Promotion commences at 9am on the 12.09.11 and ends at 5pm on the 12.10.11 (“promotional period”). Final entries must be submitted through

7.The promoter takes no responsibility for illegible entry forms, or forms submitted or received after the dates stated in point 5. Entries submitted by any mean other then the entry form on

8.The promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these terms and conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Failure by the promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
9.Entrants may enter one time only.

12.Promoters decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Prizes cannot be transferred. Prizes cannot be redeemed for cash.
13.Entries will be drawn at 10am on the Wednesday 19th October 2011 at 2NDS WORLD Online Office level 2, 237 Military Rd Cremorne.
14.Winners will be notified by email on Wednesday 19th October. Winners will also be published on the 2nds World website on Wednesday 19th October.
It is the responsibility of the winner to provide a correct email address.
15.2NDS WORLD will deliver prizes free of charge to winners in Australia.
16.Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence) for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of property); whether direct or indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the promotion, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the promoters control); (b) any theft, unauthorized access or third party interference; (c) any entry or offer that is late, lost, altered , damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the promoter; (d) any variation in the offer value to that stated in these terms and conditions; or (e) participation in the competition.
17.The prize is not transferable or exchangeable for cash or any other goods. Prize values are the recommended retail value in Australian Dollars and are correct at the time of printing. No responsibility is accepted for any future variations in the value of the prizes.
18.Once winners have been notified they must contact 2NDS WORLD Online office by Wednesday 26th October to confirm redemption details. Should the winner not contact 2NDS WORLD within that period it will be assumed without further notice that the winner wishes to forfeit their entitlement and the prevailing. Terms of the competition will dictate the re-allocation of the winnings.
19.The promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including but not limited to, Australian regulatory authorities.
20.By submitting their entry, the entrant agrees to opt in to receiving electronic promotional, marketing and publicity information from 2nds World.
21.Entrants should direct any requests to access, update or correct information to the promoter.
22.All entries become the property of the promoter.
23.Entries will be invalid if a valid email address is not supplied.
