TERMS & CONDITIONS – 5 x $100 Gift Voucher Give Away
oThe competition is called ‘Gift voucher giveaway” and is a sweepstake.
oThe promoter is The Oasis Shopping Centre
oEntry is only open to Australian residents who are 18 years of age or older.
oThe promotion commences Monday, 26 September 2011 at 12:00pm AEST and concludes Friday, 25 November 2011 at 4:00pm AEST
oTo enter the competition you must ‘Like’ The Oasis on Facebook, provide an email address and submit the entry form.
oThe Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights
oThe Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, and prize suppliers and, as required, to Australian regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional on providing this information. The Promoter may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the information for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the entrant. Entrants should direct any request to access, update or correct information to the Promoter. All entries become the property of the Promoter. The Promoter's decision on all matters pertaining to this promotion is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
oThe winner will be selected at random and notified by The Oasis’s Management staff by Tuesday 29 November 2011 by email.
oThe winners must collect the prizes by Friday, 2nd Decemeber between 9:00am AEST and 5:30pm AEST from The Oasis Shopping Centre, Centre Management Office and agree to have their photo taken for publication on The Oasis’s website, Facebook fanpage and monthly e-newsletter.
oThe gift vouchers are not redeemable for cash and is not legal tender.
oThe vouchers are valid for 12 months (from date of printing).All care should be taken as lost or stolen gift vouchers cannot be replaced.
oGift vouchers will not be accepted if they are defaced, stolen, altered or tampered with in any way.
oThe bearer is entitled to merchandise or services to the face value of the voucher from any participating store or restaurant within the Oasis Shopping Centre.
oThe Oasis Shopping Centre reserves the right to withdraw or cancel this promotions without notice.
oGift vouchers cannot be used at The Lucky Charm Newsagent for the purchase of lottery tickets etc and cigarettes.
oIf the prize is not collected by this date it will be redrawn.
oThe first five eligible entry’s drawn will win a $100 gift voucher to spend at The Oasis.
oPrize is not transferable or exchangable or redeemable for cash. Upon collection of the prizes, the winners must provide ID acceptable to Oasis to verify identify and prove over 18.
oThe Oasis Management, their clients, employees, 3D Security Pty Ltd, The Oasis Tenants, ISS Services, and immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
oThe promoter’s decision is final on all matters related to this promotion and no correspondence will be entered into.
oThis promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook. Entrants understand that they are providing their information to the Promoter and not to Facebook.
