6. After an entrant’s email address has been verified the entrant has the opportunity to click the link provided to refer friends. Entrants may receive bonus entries by referring the promotion to individuals by fully completing the referral form. Entrants will receive one bonus entry into the prize draw corresponding to the time and date that the relevant individual referred by them also subscribes to Yellow Pages Offers (within the Competition Period). 15. Winners will be notified by in writing (by email) and any winners of prizes valued over $250 will have their name and state/territory of residence published on the Website after the relevant draw and published in The Australian on 16/11/11.
16. If a prize is not accepted or claimed by 12 midday (AEDT) on 08/02/12 the relevant winner’s entry will be deemed invalid and the Promoter will conduct such further draws from among valid entries that have not already won a prize at 2pm (AEDT) on 08/02/12 at the same location as the original draws as necessary to distribute the prize. Any winner in this draw will be notified in writing and by phone and will have their name and state/territory of residence published on the Website as soon as the winner is drawn and will have their name and state/territory of residence published in The Australian on 15/02/12.
17. Entrants can only enter in their own name. The Promoter may require entrants to provide proof of identity, proof of age, proof of residency and proof of email address. Identification considered suitable for verification is at the Promoter’s discretion.
18. The Promoter reserves the right to request each winner to produce (within the requested time) documentation (to the Promoter’s satisfaction, at its sole discretion) in order to confirm each winner’s eligibility to enter and claim a prize and any information submitted by a winner in entering the promotion before issuing a prize. If the documentation required by the Promoter is not received by the Promoter (or its nominated agent) or the winning entry has not been verified or validated to the Promoter’s satisfaction within the time requested, that winner’s entry will become invalid. A prize will only be awarded following any winner validation and verification that the Promoter requires in its sole discretion.
19. All vouchers are subject to the terms and conditions as imposed by the supplier including period of validity. Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming the vouchers are not included. Any unused balance of the vouchers will not be awarded as cash.
20. In the event that the value of any meal offered as part of the prize is less than the amount specified by the Promoter, the balance will be forfeited and no cash will be supplied in lieu. Any costs incurred over the specified amount for the meal are not the responsibility of the Promoter and must be borne by the winner/s and their companion/s, as incurred.
21. The winners and their companions must, at the Promoter’s request, participate in all promotional activity (such as publicity and photography) surrounding the winning of any prize, free of charge, and they consent to the Promoter using their name, image and likeness in promotional material.
22. If a winning entry is deemed not to comply with these conditions of entry, the entry will be discarded and a new winner of the prize will be determined by drawing a further valid entry in accordance with paragraph 10 or 12 as applicable.
23. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
24. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this competition or accepting or using any prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law).
25. Without limiting the previous paragraph, the Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any damage or delay in transit to prizes.

27. The Promoter may, in its sole discretion, disqualify all entries from, and prohibit further participation in this competition by, any person who tampers with or benefits from any tampering with the entry process or with the operation of the competition or acts in violation of these conditions, acts in a disruptive manner or acts with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. 28. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in prize value. If for any reason the winner or their companion does not take an element of a prize at the time stipulated by the Promoter then that element of the prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be supplied in lieu of that element of the prize. If a prize or an element of a prize is unavailable for any reason the Promoter may substitute for that prize or that element another item of equal or higher value as determined by the Promoter.
29. If for any reason any aspect of this competition is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition, or invalidate any affected entries, subject to the approval of the gaming authorities in each state and territory if required.
30. The Promoter is not liable for any tax implications arising from prize winnings. Independent financial advice should be sought. Where the operation of this competition results in, for GST purposes, supplies being made for non-monetary consideration, entrants agree to follow the Australian Taxation Office’s stated view that where the parties are at arm’s length, goods and services exchanged are of equal GST inclusive market values.
