PROMOTION DA TES
1. Promotion period starts at 10:00am Monday 12 September and close at 12:00 midnight on Sunday 9 October 2011. The promotion
period will be split into four weeks – Week 1 (Monday 12 September to Sunday 18 September), Week 2 (Monday 19 September to
Sunday 25 September), Week 3 (Monday 26 September to Sunday 2 October) and Week 4 (Monday 3 October to Sunday 9 October).
ENTRY DETAILS
There are 2 methods of entry into 2 separate prize draws. These are…
a) Method of Entry 1: Enter In-Centre
2. To enter, entrants must spend a minimum of $30 in a single transaction at any fashion, accessories or beauty store at World Square
within the promotional period, complete an entry form validated from the store of purchase, and place it in the entry barrel located
outside Coles on the Lower Ground Level at World Square Shopping Centre.
3. Customers are entitled to multiple entries per qualifying spend of $30. Eg. if a customer spends $90 they are entitled to 3 entry forms.
4. One winner will be randomly drawn from the barrel each week, for four weeks (total of 4 winners). The barrel is then cleared after each
draw for the new week.
5. Winners will receive a $500 World Square gift voucher valid at all participating stores at World Square Shopping Centre and will be valid for
use within 3 months from the date of issue.
6. Only one entry per person per qualifying spend is allowed. Incomplete, indecipherable or illegible entries, or any entry not compliant
with the terms and conditions, will be deemed invalid.
b) Method of Entry 2: Enter Online
7. To enter, entrants must visit
www.worldsquare.com.au and complete the online entry form.
8. WS Insider members and World Square Facebook fans are entitled to one free entry into the competition.
9. By forwarding the competition onto a friend through the supplied link, the entrant will receive an extra entry into the draw.
10. One winner will be randomly drawn from the database each week, for four weeks (total of 4 winners).
11. Winners will receive a $500 World Square gift voucher valid at all participating stores at World square Shopping Centre and will be valid for
use within 3 months from the date of issue.
Major Prize Draw
12. All losing entries from both competitions will be combined into a Major Prize Draw. This will take place on Monday 10 October at
midday at World Square Centre Management.
13. One winner will receive a gold Sony VAIO Z Series Premium Notebook (VPCZ217GGT) – valued at $3,999 - and a VAIO Z Series Leather
Case (VGPCKZ3) – valued at $179. Total prize value of $4,178.
DRA W DETAILS
14. Winning entries are a game of chance and will be selected at random.
15. Entries will be drawn weekly at 10:00am on Monday 19 September, Monday 26 September, Monday 3 October and Monday 10 October
2011. Major Prize Draw will be drawn at 12pm on Monday 10 October 2011.
16. Winners will be notified weekly by Thursday 22 September, Thursday 29 September, Thursday 6 October and Thursday 13 October via
phone and / or email.
17. Winners details will be published on the World Square website (
http://worldsquare.com.au/news_events.asp) and posted on the World
Square Facebook page (
http://www.facebook.com/worldsquare) from Thursday 22 September, Thursday 29 September, Thursday 6
October and Thursday 13 October 2011.
18. Unclaimed prizes after 3 months from notification will result in a redraw on Monday 13 January 2012 at 10:00am.
19. The judges’ decision is final.
PRIZE DETAILS
20. Prize winners must present personal identification or a letter signed by the winner to authorise collection by another party. Winner
must sign a prize declaration to confirm and validate receipt of their prize. Winners may be asked to have their photograph taking for
relevant marketing purposes.
21. Total prize is valued at $8,178 and includes eight individual World Square Shopping Centre gift vouchers valued at $500 each, and one
Sony VAIO Major Prize, valued at $4178.
22. This offer is non refundable, transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
