4. There are two ways of entering the promotion:

5. Multiple competition entries are permitted, subject to the following: (a) only one entry permitted per SMS message or 190 call; and (b) each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with the entry requirements.
6. The promoter is neither responsible nor liable for late, lost, misdirected, incomplete or inaudible entries.
7. The winner of the promotion will be determined by the first two (2) valid entries randomly drawn by the Promoter in each entry period drawn.

8. Prize does not include any ancillary costs associated with redeeming the prize. These are the responsibility of the winner.
8. Prize is subject to availability and blackout periods may apply. Prize must be redeemed by 14 October 2012. Prize cannot be taken on Public Holidays.
9. If the winner is under the age of 18 years, the winner must be accompanied by their parent or legal guardian to be able to redeem the prize.
10. Changes to flight schedules may require additional overnight accommodation at either commencement, during the itinerary, or on completion of the trip which is at the winners expense.
11. Winners (and their companions) are responsible for all other expenses including but not limited to surcharges, spending money, additional meals (unless specified), drinks, transfers (unless specified), transport to and from departure point, laundry charges, activities (unless specified), incidentals, energy surcharges, gratuities, services charges, items of a personal nature, in-room charges and all other ancillary costs.
12. A credit card imprint or cash deposit will be required from the winner at check-in of the hotel for all incidental charges. Once accommodation vouchers are issued they are non-changeable.
13. Travel restrictions may apply. Prize does not include travel insurance. Travel insurance is highly recommended to protect against the additional costs incurred in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
14. Each winner (and any companions) must travel on the same dates, depart from and return to the same point of departure and travel together. Frequent flyer points will not form part of the prize. Standard conditions for tickets and accommodation apply. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. It is each winner’s responsibility to ensure that they have all relevant documentation in order to travel. All elements of a prize must be taken together within the one trip. Winners will not be compensated for unused portions of a prize.
15. All prizes must be taken as offered. The prize, or any unused portion of the prize, is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed as cash. The prize is valued in Australian dollars. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the prize value. Prize winners are advised that tax implications may arise from their prize winnings and they should seek independent financial advice prior to acceptance of their prize. In the event that a potion of the prize is awarded to the winner in the form of a voucher / ticket / pass, redemption of that portion of the prize will be subject to the terms and conditions stipulated on the voucher / ticket / pass. 9. By entering the promotion via SMS an entrant consents to the Promoter using their personal details for the purposes of sending one (1) mobile terminated (MT) reply message which includes a confirmation of your entry in the promotion and to be used to contact the entrant if required for any reason in relation to their competition entry.
10. If the winner is under the age of 18 years, the prize will be awarded to the winner’s parent or legal guardian. It is the responsibility of the winner’s parent/legal guardian to prove their parental status/ legal guardianship at the time of winner notification. In the event that for any reason whatsoever a person/s mistakenly represents themselves to be a winners parent and/or legal guardian, then that person will be liable for all costs associated with relocating and/or re-awarding the prize (including but not limited to and administrative fees incurred by the Promoter). It is a condition of accepting a prize that the winner agrees to be interviewed, photographed and filmed at any time during the acceptance of the prize by the Promoter or their agents for a story or feature on this promotion to be developed and featured on the Nine Network (or any other form of media it deems suitable) without further remuneration or reference to the participant. Details may feature on Nine Network on a date to be determined by the Promoters. The inclusion of any such feature (including but not limited to creative control of the feature) will remain with the Promoter at all times.
17. Participants must ensure that all care is taken when dialing or sending messages to the promotional number. It is the complete responsibility of the participant to ensure that they dial or SMS the correct number, in the event that an error occurs the Promoter accepts no responsibility for either, costs incurred, responses received or all other consequences.
