Professional cyclist Robbie McEwen and fellow riders will take to the streets on Sunday, November 6, for the Brisbane BMW & Westside BMW Ride For Life Challenge. It’s open to corporate groups, local teams and individuals (entries close Oct 28, 5pm; not suitable for children, new riders or mountain bikes). Funds raised will go to Variety Queensland, Guide Dogs Queensland and NexGen Foundation. 18: EcoSmart Hot Water is a national company with dedicated EcoSmart installers located in metropolitan and regional areas throughout each State in Australia. The prize is offered with installation included, meaning that no outlay is required by the prize winner. In the instance that a solar heat pump cannot be installed in the home, an alternative and appropriate environmental hot water heater will be offered in its place to suit the home. The following are additional terms and conditions:
 
- Prize includes: one EcoSmart solar Heat Pump, valued at $4,500. This includes GST, standard installation of the hot water heater and delivery.
 - Delivery and standard installation will be the sole responsibility of EcoSmart Solar. Standard installation includes basic replacement of an electric hot water system any additional installation required will be charged to the winner after advice and confirmation to proceed.
 - The winner must be the homeowner of the house/unit where the prize will be installed.
 - Winner(s) cannot claim any state or federal rebates that currently run during the campaign.
 - The Small-Scale Technology Certificates (STCs) generated from the installation of the system will be automatically be surrendered and become the property of EcoSmart and therefore the customer cannot sell or assign the rights to the certificates to anyone else.
 - In the instance that a solar heat pump cannot be installed in the home, an alternative EcoSmart Solar product will be offered in its place to suit the home. In the instance that no Ecosmart solar system is suitable, either system can be transferred to a relative or friend that is a home owner and currently has an electric hot water system only. The prize can not be redeemed for cash.
 - Any taxes which may be payable as a consequence of a winner receiving the prize are the sole responsibility of that winner. If the specified prize becomes unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter may substitute a prize of similar nature and/or like or greater value.
 - By entering this competition you agree to allow the Promoter and its partners in this promotion to contact you for any future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes. All entries become the property of the Promoter.
 - It is a condition of taking the prize that the winner provides consent to the Promoter to use the winner’s name, likeness, image and/or voice (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an indefinite period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this promotion (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.
