SESSION” PROMOTION
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Eligibility Requirements and the Promotional Period
1. Entry is only open to Australian residents who are 16 years old or over.
Entrants aged between 16 and up to 18 years must have parental/guardian
approval to enter and further, the parent/guardian of the entrant must read
and consent to these Terms and Conditions. Parents/guardians may be
required by the Promoter to enter into a further agreement as evidence of
consent to the minor entering this promotion.
2. This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winners.
3. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and agencies
associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means
any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child
(whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, stepgrandparent,
uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, stepsister
or 1st cousin.
4. Promotion commences on 3/10/2011 and ends at 10:00am AEDST on
21/10/2011 (“Promotional Period”)
Entry Instructions - Current adidas 3 Stripes email subscribers
5. To be eligible to enter, individuals who are current adidas 3 Stripes email
subscribers (“Current Subscribers”) must, during the Promotional Period:
a) receive an electronic newsletter from adidas containing details of the
Michelle Bridges exclusive training session promotion; and
b) follow the link contained in their Michelle Bridges exclusive training
session electronic newsletter to invite three (3) friends (who are not
current adidas Stripes email program subscribers) to join the adidas 3
Stripes email program. Each of the three (3) friends will then receive a
promotional email.

c) Answer the question; tell us in 25 words or less how you and 3 friends
would benefit from a private session with Michelle Bridges?
For a Current Subscriber to receive an entry, all three (3) of the Current
Subscriber’s invited/referred friends must then, during the Promotional Period,
follow the prompts in the promotional email to sign-up to the 3 Stripes email

program (by providing all of the requested information and updating all
mandatory fields).
In the event that one or more of the Current Subscriber’s referred friends do
not sign up to the adidas 3 Stripes email program during the Promotional
Period, no entries will be awarded.
Entry Instructions - New adidas 3 Stripes email subscribers
6. To be eligible to enter, eligible individuals who are not current adidas 3 Stripes
subscribers (“New Subscribers”) must, during the Promotional Period:
a) receive an electronic newsletter from adidas containing details of the
Michelle Bridges exclusive training session promotion; and;
b) follow the link contained in their Michelle Bridges exclusive training
session electronic newsletter to: (i) sign-up to the 3 Stripes email
program by providing all of the requested information and updating all
mandatory fields; and (ii) invite three (3) friends (who are not current
adidas Stripes email program subscribers) to join the adidas 3 Stripes
email program. Each of the three (3) friends will then receive a
promotional email.
c) Answer the question; tell us in 25 words or less how you and 3 friends
would benefit from a private session with Michelle Bridges?
For a New Subscriber to receive an entry, all three (3) of the New
Subscriber’s invited/referred friends must then, during the Promotional Period,
follow the prompts in the promotional email to sign-up to the adidas 3 Stripes
email program by providing all of the requested information and updating all
mandatory fields.
In the event that one or more of the New Subscriber’s referred friends do not
sign up to the adidas 3 Stripes email program during the Promotional Period,
no entries will be awarded.
7. For the sake of clarity, only eligible New Subscribers and Current Subscribers
will receive an entry into the competition (once all three (3) of their referred
friends successfully sign-up to the 3 Stripes email program). The referred
friends will not receive an entry into the competition.
8. To be eligible to win the prize, the New Subscriber/Current Subscriber and all
of their referred friends must maintain their subscription and still be adidas 3
Stripes email program members as at 24/10/2012.
9. The operation of the “invite/refer a friend” mechanic is subject to the Spam Act
2003. Entrants should only refer friends with whom they have a direct
relationship and who consent to receiving information about these types of
promotions.

10. Information on how to enter and the prize form part of these Terms and
Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these
Terms and Conditions.
The winner will be the entrant whose answer is selected by a panel of judges
comprising representatives of the Promoter as best representing how they
would benefit from a private session with Michelle Bridges. The judging will
take place at the Promoter’s premises on 21st October 2011 at 14:00 AEST.
The winner will be notified in writing and their name will be published on
www.facebook.com/adidas and in The Australian on 28/10/2011.
The Promoter will use all reasonable efforts to contact the entrant selected as
winner by email but accepts no responsibility if the entrant cannot be
contacted. If an entrant selected as the winner cannot be contacted by email,
or is unable to accept any element of the prize, then that entrant will forfeit the
prize in its entirety and the entrant with the next best entry (as determined by
the judging panel) will be selected as the winner. The Promoter will not be
liable for a winner who cannot be contacted and therefore forfeits their prize
and no correspondence will be entered into.
11. There is a strict limit of one (1) entry per eligible person. Eligible individuals
can only refer three (3) friends and receive one (1) entry in respect of those
three (3) friends.
12. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries,
entrants and referred friends (including an entrant’s/referred friend’s identity,
age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant/referred friend who
submits an entry or subscription that is not in accordance with these Terms
and Conditions or who tampers with the entry/referral process. Errors and
omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the
Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver
of those rights.
13. Incomplete or indecipherable entries and/or referrals will be deemed invalid.
14. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant or a referred friend, the
Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of
the entrant/referred friend.
15. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
16. The prize consists of the following:
a) a personalised session with Michelle Bridges for the winner and each
of the winner’s three (3) referred friends valued at $6,000. The
personalised session will consists of the winner’s (and each friend’s, as
applicable) choice of either: (i) an intensive personal training session
with Michelle Bridges; or (ii) expert advice on healthy eating and a
nutrition plan from Michelle Bridges. If the winner (and each of their
referred friends) live within 15 kilometres of their nearest capital city,
the personalised session will be conducted in the winner’s home or at a
local park (as determined by the Promoter). If the winner (and each of
their referred friends) lives more than 15 kilometres outside of their

nearest capital city, the personalised session will take place in an
allocated park (as selected by the Promoter) close to the city. The
winner and each of their three (3) referred friends must take the
personalised session with Michelle Bridges on 28/10/2011. The winner
(and their three friends) will be notified of the exact location and time of
each personalised session once the winner has been selected and
their location is known. Any transport and/or transfer costs incurred by
the winner (or their referred friends) as a result of attending the
personalised session are not included and will not be borne by the
Promoter; and
· an adidas gift voucher valued at $2,000 for the winner. Any ancillary
costs associated with redeeming the adidas voucher are not included.
Any unused balance of the adidas voucher will not be awarded as
cash. Redemption of the adidas voucher is subject to any terms and
conditions of the issuer including those specified on the adidas
voucher. The voucher is valid for twelve (12) months and is
redeemable at all adidas stores in Australia.
17. If the prize (or part of the prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion,
reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize
to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a
regulatory authority.
18. Total prize pool value is $8,000.
19. The prize, or any unused portion of a prize, is not transferable or
exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
20. Entrants consent to the Promoter using their name, likeness, image and/or
voice in the event they are a winner or a referred friend of the winner
(including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an
unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this
promotion (including any outcome), and promoting any products
manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.
21. If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being
conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the
reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to technical
difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right,
in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any
entrant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to
modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
22. Any cost associated with accessing the promotional website or the newsletter
is the entrant’s responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider
used.
23. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies or
purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as
provided under the Competition and Consumer Act, as well as any other
implied warranties under the ASIC Act or similar consumer protection laws in

the States and Territories of Australia (“Non-Excludable Guarantees”). Except
for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable
Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and
agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or
any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect,
special or consequential, arising in any way out of the promotion.
24. Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-
Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers,
employees and agents) is not responsible for and excludes all liability
(including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage
(including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or
consequential, arising in any way out of: (a) any technical difficulties or
equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any
theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize
claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after
their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable
control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these
Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; or
(f) taking of or redemption of the prize.
25. As a condition of accepting the prize, the winner (and each referred friend)
must sign any legal documentation as and in the form required by the
Promoter and/or prize suppliers in their absolute discretion, including but not
limited to a legal release and indemnity form.
26. The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the promotion
and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including
but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, prize suppliers and,
as required, to Australian regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional on
providing this information. The Promoter may, for an indefinite period, unless
otherwise advised, use the information for promotional, marketing, publicity,
research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or
telephoning the entrant. Entrants should direct any request to opt out, access,
update or correct information to the Promoter. All entries become the property
of the Promoter.
