CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Conditions of Entry.
Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. The Promoter is Murray Goulburn Co-operative Co. Limited (Promoter)
ABN 23 004 277 089 of 140 Dawson Street, Brunswick VIC 3056,
telephone (03) 9389 6400.
3. Entry is only open to Australian residents. Employees and the immediate families of the
Promoter, its affiliates/promotional partners, participating stores, and any agencies
associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the
following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by
adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece,
nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
4. This is a game of skill; chance plays no part in determining the winner. The promotion will
be judged by a panel of judges.
5. Each entry will be individually judged based on literary and creative merit. Judges decision
is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
6. Promotion commences at 12.01am AEST on 16/09/2011 and entries close at 11.59pm
AEDT on 21/10/2011 (Promotional Period).
7. By entering the Promotion, you authorise the reproduction and any editing of your recipe
prior to publication without consultation or remittance.
8. By answering any promotion question, you authorise the reproduction of your answer on
the Liddells Facebook page and any other publication including any editing of the answer
prior to publication without consultation.
HOW TO ENTER
9. To be eligible to enter, entrants must submit a recipe (food or beverage) that uses at least
1 (one) Liddells product.10. To enter, visit the Liddells Facebook page, click ‘Like’, complete the online entry form by
providing the requested information including your name, email address, postcode, daytime
phone number and submit a recipe that uses at least one (1) Liddells product.

11. Any contact details entered incorrectly on the Liddells Facebook page (website) shall be
deemed invalid. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to
disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or who submits an entry that is
not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry. Errors and omissions may be accepted
at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any
stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
12. Multiple entries accepted but each entry must be completed on a separate online entry
form and upload a different recipe. To clarify, limit of one (1) entry per uploaded recipe.
PRIZES
13. Weekly Prizes: Entries close at 10.59am AEDT on 21/10/2011.
14. The weekly prize is a $100 Prepaid VISA gift card. There are two (2) prizes to be won each
week for five (5) weeks, with a total of ten (10) $100 Prepaid VISA gift card to be won.15. To enter the weekly prize competition, entrants must first like the Liddells facebook page,
complete the entry registration form and submit a recipe for the major prize competition.
After submitting an entry into the major prize competition, entrants can enter the weekly
prize competition by entering their email address in the field located on Liddells facebook
page (under Enter weekly $100 prize draw), and tell us in 30 words or less “how you eat
what you love with Liddells” products.
16. The best entry as deemed by the judges will win one (1) $100 Prepaid VISA gift card. The
judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
17. Judging will take place at Zebra Direction, 300 St Kilda Road, St Kilda Vic 3182.
18. Judging each week’s best comment will take place as follows:

19. Valid entries submitted by 10.59am AET on the day of judging each week’s submission will
be eligible for judging. With exception to the last week of the promotion, any valid entry
submitted after 10.59am AET on the day of judging will be considered an entry to be
judged for the following week’s prize. To clarify and with consideration to the last week
of the promotion, any entries submitted from 11:00am AET on the day of judging for the
last week of the promotion will not be eligible for further prize draws, as the weekly
competition will be closed.
20. The winners will be notified by mail using contact details provided in their entry.

21. Prizes, or any unused portion of a prize, are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot
be taken as cash, unless otherwise specified.
22. Visa Prepaid Cards can be redeemed for goods and services at any retail outlet that
accepts Visa electronically, except the Woolworths Group stores and gambling merchants.

24. The 10 best recipes as deemed by the judges will be uploaded onto the Liddells Facebook
page for public voting. The winning entrant (1st place) will be the recipe that receives the
most votes. The second place (2nd Place) prize winner will be determined by the recipe
that receives the second highest amount of votes. The third place (3rd Place) prize winner
will be determined by the recipe that receives the third highest amount of votes.
Winning entrants Prize
1st Place prize: $2500
2nd Place prize: $1000
3rd Place prize: $50025. The winning entrants will receive a cheque made payable to the winner’s name as shown
on the entry received.
26. Judging will commence on 24/10/11 at 10am AEDT by the Promoter at Level 4, 369 Royal
Parade, Parkville VIC 3052.
27. The 10 best recipes will be uploaded on to the Liddells Facebook page for public voting on
28/10/11. Voting will close at 11.59pm AEDT on 11/11/11.
28. Major Prize winners will be notified by email and published in The Australian on
18/11/2011.
29. Total prize pool value is up to $5000.
30. Subject to the unclaimed prize draw clause, if for any reason a winner does not take the
prize or an element of the prize by the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the prize or
that element of the prize will be forfeited.

31. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers,
employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury;
or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or
consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion, including, but not limited to,
where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction
(whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third
party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or
misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason
beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in prize value to that
stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant;
or (f) use and taking of a prize.
32. Unless otherwise due to fraud or ineligibility under these Terms and Conditions, all prize
claims in excess of the advertised prize pool will be honoured.
33. The Promoter, affiliates, associated companies, agents and their respective employees are
not responsible for any difficulties caused by technical errors or malfunctions of any
telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, computer
equipment, technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site, or
any combination of these that may occur in the course of the administration of this
competition. The Promoter, affiliates, associated companies, agents and their respective
employees accept no liability for any injury or damage to participants’, or any other
person’s computer related to, or resulting from participation in or down-loading any
materials in this competition (except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law).
34. If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including as a result
of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud,
technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt
or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this
promotion, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent
permitted by law, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and,
subject to any written directions given by the various Lottery Departments, to cancel,
terminate, modify or suspend the competition.
35. Any costs associated with accessing the promotional website is the entrant’s responsibility
and is dependent on the internet service provider used.
36. The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means
that allows an entrant to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and will render all
entries submitted by that entrant invalid.

37. The Promoter collects entrants’ personal information in order to conduct the promotion.
All entries become property of the Promoter. If the information requested is not provided,
the entrant may not participate in the promotion. By entering the promotion, unless
otherwise advised, each entrant also agrees that the Promoter may use this information,
in any media for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any
further reference, payment or other compensation to the entrant, including sending the
entrant electronic messages. Entrants’ personal information may be disclosed to State and
Territory lottery departments and winners’ names published as required under the
relevant lottery legislation. A request to access, update or correct any information should
be directed to the Promoter in writing. All correspondence should be sent to attention of
the legal officer. A copy of the Promoter’s privacy statement can be obtained from the

www.liddells.com.au38. The Promoter reserves the right to request that winners provide proof of identity prior to
awarding a prize. Identification considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of
the Promoter. Major Prize winners may be required to sign a declaration confirming their
eligibility to accept a prize, or any other legal documentation as and in the form required
by the Promoter and/or prize suppliers in their absolute discretion, including but not
limited to a legal release and indemnity form.
39. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its
sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.
40. Entrants consent to the Promoter using the entrant’s name, likeness, image and/or voice
in the event that they are a winner (inc. photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in
any media for an unlimited time without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this
competition (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured,
distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter. It is a condition of participating in the
Devondale Dora the Explorer Promotion that the winner may be required to sign a talent
agreement in a form determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion.
41. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from the
