Member Update – Financial Plan competition
1.The promotion is open to South Australian residents who are members of StatewideSuper Industry Fund who receive the Financial Plan competition details in their Member Update (excluding members who are residents of residents of NSW, VIC, QLD, ACT, TAS, NT, WA and StatewideSuper’s directors, management and employees).
2.Participants enter the draw by answering a simple question relating to the Contributions Calculator on the StatewideSuper website.
3.Members can lodge one entry each only.
4.The minimum age of participants is 16.
5.The opening date for entries is Monday 5 September 2011.
6.The closing date for entries is 5pm Friday 14 October 2011.
7.The prize to be awarded is a StatewideSuper professional financial plan to the value of $1,000.
8.The answer to the question must be emailed to marketing@statewide.com.au by the closing date.
9.The draw will take place at Statewide House, Level 2, 99 Gawler Place, Adelaide 5000 at 2pm on Monday 24 October  2011.
10.The winner will be drawn randomly with all entries having an equal chance of winning from entries received.
11.The winner will be notified by telephone on Tuesday 25 October. They will then be notified by mail and further contacted by phone to arrange a meeting with a StatewideSuper financial planner to commence the planning process.
12.The trade promotion is being held by Statewide Financial Management Services Limited, ABN 69 092 109 209, GPO Box 1473 Adelaide SA 5001.
