1.Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these conditions of entry. Entry into this
promotion is deemed to be acceptance of these terms and conditions of entry. 2. The promotion is open to all residents of Australia aged 18 years and over. 3. Employees of the Promoters, and their immediate families, and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Only one entry per person will be permitted. 4. The promotional period commences October 12, 2011 and closes 11:59pm (AEDT) on November 9, 2011. This is a game of skill. Chance plays no part in determining the winner. 5. Entries will be individually judged, based on literary and creative merit and originality. The promotion will be judged by a panel of judges appointed by the Promoter and will begin on November 10, 2011. The winners will be notified by phone and mail using contact details provided in their entry. 7. The best 15 entries as determined by the judges will be deemed the winners and will receive two double passes (four seats in total) to the film Judy Moody & The Not Bummer Summer. 8. Total prize pool is valued at $1000. 9. Tickets are valid for the season of the film. 10. Offer is only valid at participating cinemas. Offer is not valid at EVENT Cinemas Gold Class, Vmax and 3D, Greater Union and Birch Carroll & Coyle Gold Class, Vmax and 3D or Village Cinemas Gold Class, Vmax and 3D. Not valid at IMAX, Hoyts La Premiere, Directors Suite, Bean Bag Cinema, Xtremescreen; Reading Gold Lounge, Titan XC or 3D and Hayden Orpheum Cremorne. Not valid at Nova on cinema discount days.11. Offer is not valid Public Holidays. Not valid all day Tuesday. Not valid Fridays and Saturdays after 5pm.12. Offer is not valid with any other offer. Entries not completed in accordance with the rules and conditions or received after the closing date will not be considered. Indecipherable or incomplete entries will be deemed invalid.
