Breast cancer is one of the most commonly occurring cancers in Australian women, it affects 1 in 9 females. Recognising this Sunnybank Hills Shoppingtown wanted to do something to help this great cause! You can help fight breast cancer! Sunnybank Hills Shoppingtown has joined forces with the National Breast Cancer Foundation and local school students to help raise funds for breast cancer. The annual Pink Ribbon event conducted by National Breast Cancer Foundation aims to help raise awareness about breast cancer, as well as raise funds towards research, education and patient support programs.
From Monday 17th October through to Saturday 29th October we will be showcasing female torsos designed, created and decorated by local school students from Stretton State College and Sunnybank State High School detailing the meaning of breast cancer to them. Every student who participates will receive a certificate of appreciation for their support and efforts. We will also award two torsos 'The Power of Pink Customer Choice' award and 'The Power of Pink Excellence' award.
'The Power of Pink Customer Choice' award and winner will be chosen by our shoppers, who will be asked to silently vote for the best and most visually creative masterpiece (see below for voting details under Support Pink Ribbon).
We will also have a second judging panel that will vote and decide on 'The Power of Pink Excellence' award. The judging for this will take place on Friday 28 October, voted by a team of representatives including members from the Sunnybank Hills Shoppingtown Centre Management office, the local member for Karawatha community and a representative from local Quest Newspapers.

We would like everyone to help support Pink Ribbon by voting in our silent vote. Entry forms are available at selected retailers* for only $1, asking you to vote for the most creative and imaginative torso created 'The Power of Pink Customer Choice' Award.
All money raised from the entry forms will be donated to the National Breast Cancer Foundation. You can enter as many times as you wish! You can also show your support by purchasing National Breast Cancer Foundation merchandise which is also available from selected retailers.

These official rules ("Rules") apply to the “Think Pink ‘Thank you for your support’ Promotion” (“Promotion”) conducted by Yu Feng Pty Ltd (ACN 056 974 844) as
trustee of c/- Retail First Pty Ltd, Corner of Compton Road and Calam Street, Sunnybank Hills, Queensland 4109 (“Promoter”) for Sunnybank Hills Shoppingtown
(“Centre”).
2. Information on how to enter forms part of these Rules. The Promoter may, at any time, amend, add to or delete any of these Rules.
3. Entry is deemed acceptance of these Rules including any changes made by the Promoter, even if the entry is before the publication of any changes to these Rules.
4. The Promotion commences at 8:00am on Monday 17th October 2011 and ends at 2:00pm on Friday 28th October 2011 (“Promotion Period”).
Obtaining an Entry Form
5. During the Promotion Period an individual can obtain an entry form for $1.00 (One Dollar) from a selected and participating retailer, receiving one official entry form
(“Entry Form”).
6. Selected retailers include Bank of QLD, Bes & Less, Crazy Clarks, Fresh Fanatics, Inwear Fashion, Jeanswest, Lenards, Lincraft, Priceline Pharmacy, Prouds The Jewellers,
Rockmans, Sunnybank Hills Drycleaners and Woolworths.
Lodging an Entry Form
7. To enter the Promotion an individual must lodge a completed Entry Form/s in an official entry barrel or similar device (“Entry Barrel”). All participating retailers have
entry boxes located on their counters. Alternatively a large (“Main”) entry barrel is located next to “The Power of Pink” exhibition on level 4 of the Centre during the
Promotion Period.
8. To be a valid entry (“Valid Entry”) the:
a) entry must be on an original official Entry Form issued during the Promotion Period - photocopies will not be eligible to win the Promotion;
b) Entrant’s full name, telephone number and address on the Entry Form must be complete and legible; and
c) entry must be signed by the Entrant.
9. On lodgement of a Valid Entry in accordance with Rule 17, an Entrant will be eligible for all prize draws (“Prize Draw”) (see Rule 22).

11. The Prize is not exchangeable for any other goods or services.
12. Prize collection: All winners must collect their Prize from the Sunnybank Hills Centre Management Office, Level 4, Cnr Calam & Compton Road, Sunnybank Hills
Shoppingtown during opening hours. Centre Management may be contacted on (07) 3273 5611. Entrants must present identification and a copy of the email from
Sunnybank Hills Shoppingtown advising they have won, to collect the Prize. The Prizes must be claimed within 14 days of the publication of the Prize winners.
13. The winner will be required to select one Pink Ribbon National Breast Cancer Foundation Queensland Personalised Plate set in only pink or white background and
feature three letters followed by two numbers based on availability only.
14. The National Breast Cancer Foundation (NBCF) Personalised Plates Queensland will have to be ordered once winner has advised of their preferred plate combination
(based on availability). The normal PPQ waiting periods apply to your prize, once order is placed.
15. Runner up prize of a Stevie Marx Umbrella design and style vary distributed at random, first-in first selection.
Drawing of Prizes
16. All entries will be combined into the large entry barrel as per Rule 7 prior to the random draw after 2pm, Friday 28 October 2011.
17. The Prize Draw will be drawn by the Promoter at the Entry Barrel on 2:00pm, Friday 28th September 2011 (“Drawing of prize”).
18. The Prize Draw will be drawn by an official representative of the Promoter who will randomly draw entries from the Entry Barrel.
19. The first entry pulled will win the First Prize available and then an additional 40 entries will be randomly pulled from the entry barrel and they will win one of the
consolation/runner up prizes.
20. If an Entry Form has two or more individuals names recorded as the entrant, the Winner will be the name of the individual whose name appears first on the Valid
Entry drawn.
21. The results of this Promotion will be published on our website and on our Facebook page.
22. If the Prize is unclaimed it will be dealt with as directed by the Queensland Office of Gaming Regulation in accordance with the Charitable and Non-Profit Gaming Act
1999.
General
23. In the event of war, terrorism, state of emergency or disaster, the Promoter reserves the right (subject to all relevant State and Federal laws), to cancel, terminate,
modify or suspend the Promotion.
24. The Promoter’s decision in respect of all aspects of the Promotion is final and binding on all participating individuals and no correspondence will be entered into.
25. The Promoter will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect or consequential loss), damage, personal injury or death which is suffered (including
but not limited to that arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with the Promotion and/or any aspect of the Prize, except any liability that cannot be
excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law).
26. All participating individuals are responsible for any taxation liability (including any GST) or other government charges or reporting requirements arising from their
participation in the Promotion or receipt of the Prize (if any). If participation in the Promotion or receipt of the Prize involves a taxable supply being made, then the
participating individual is responsible for paying any amount charged by the entity making the supply in respect of its GST liability on the supply. The Promoter does
not offer any advice or accept any responsibility with respect to these matters.
27. The collection, use and disclosure of personal information in connection with the Promotion is governed by the Promoter’s privacy notice (which is available from the
Promoter) and these Rules. To change or modify personal details on the Promoter’s records, please contact the Promoter.
28. By depositing a Valid Receipt in the Entry Barrel or similar device, all participating individuals consent to their personal information being entered onto a database,
which may be made available to the Promoter for marketing purposes relating to the promotion of the Centre and retailers located in the Centre.
29. All participating individuals agree to have their name and photograph used for advertising purposes and/or to take part in promotional activities including, without
limitation, being interviewed by television, radio and/or other mediums for public broadcast.
30. The Promoter reserves the rights, trademarks and copyrights of the Promotion and all artwork, images and print copy associated with the Promotion.
31. Yu Feng Pty Ltd (ACN 056 974 844) enters into this Promotion only in its capacity as trustee of the Fu Family Trust (“the Trust”) and in no other capacity. A liability of
Yu Feng Pty Ltd (ACN 056 974 844) arising under or in connection with this Promotion is limited to the amount Yu Feng Pty Ltd (ACN 056 974 844) actually receives in
the exercise of its right of indemnity from the property of the Trust.
32. Yu Feng Pty Ltd (ACN 056 974 844) may not be sued in any capacity other than as the trustee of the Trust, including seeking the appointment of a receiver (except in
relation to property of the Trust), a liquidator, an administrator or any similar person to Yu Feng Pty Ltd (ACN 056 974 844) or prove in any liquidation, administration
or arrangement of or affecting Yu Feng Pty Ltd (ACN 056 974 844) (except in relation to property of the Trust).
33. All funds raised from the sale of entry forms will be donated solely to the Pink Ribbon, National Breast Cancer Foundation appeal.
