1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these conditions of entry.
2. This is a game of skill with entrants sending in the answer to the question "In which country was Henri Cartier-Bresson born?" and sending in a photo inspired by Henri Cartier-Bresson. Photographs may be displayed on brisbanetimes.com.au.
3. Entry is open to persons over 18 years of age and Queensland residents only. Employees of Fairfax Digital Australia and New Zealand Pty Limited, the promoter, and their immediate families are ineligible to enter. Only one entry per person is permitted. All duplicate entries will be removed prior to the prize draw.
4. Promotion commences on October 17 and closes at 1pm, November 7, 2011. Promotion will be via the Fairfax Digital Network -

5. There is one major prize and one runner up prizes to be given away for the duration of the competition. The draws will take place at 2pm, November 7, 2011, at Fairfax Digital, Level 1, 340 Adelaide Street, Brisbane. All winners will be notified by email. 8. All above prizes include GST. The total maximum prize pool is valued at $1249.00. This prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash or other prizes. Prize value is recommended retail value as provided by the supplier and is correct at time of printing. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in prize value.
9. The promoter may conduct further draws at the same time and place as the original draw as is necessary on, in order to distribute a prize if unclaimed by that date
