2. Entry is open to all residents of Australia aged 18 years and over. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
3. To enter, buy any ECOYA product during the promotion, fill out your details on the form and send to us or enter online at
www.ecoya.com/hollywooditgirl. Retain your original receipt as proof of purchase. Participants must fill out, in full, all mandatory elements of the promotion entry form in order for their entry to be valid. If posting in entry, send to

The promotion commences 1st October 9am, AEST 2011, and closes 30th November at 11:59pm, AEST 2011. All entries must be received by Friday 8th December 2011.

The winner will be drawn at Head Office, 23-25 Mangrove Lane, Taren Point, NSW, 2229, Australia on Monday 12th December at 10am. They will be chosen at random. The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

First prize is a return trip for 2 to Los Angeles, including return economy airfares to LA, 3 nights accommodation at luxurious Montage Beverly Hills Hotel, limo pick up and return to airport, celebrity spa treatment, hair and makeup at salon for the celebrities, Nine Zero One, $1000 to spend on Rodeo Drive AND attend a Hollywood star event. Valued at $10,000. Trip must be taken on the dates and times as advised by ECOYA (notified at least 4 weeks prior to travel) during the months of Feb/Mar 2012 to coincide with the time of the celebrity event and only available ex-Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane. The winner will be notified by email or telephone, in writing to the address as on the entry form and published in The Australian newspaper on Monday 19th December 2011. ECOYA has the right to change out to an equivalent value hotel, spa and salon due to non-availability at the time of travel. All other costs in relation to the trip are at the winner’s expense.

Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. The promoter is neither responsible nor liable for any change in the value of a prize occurring between the date of printing and the date the prize is claimed. Prize value mentioned is the recommended retail value as provided by the supplier and is correct at the time of printing.
8. Promoter shall not be liable for any costs associated with the prize before or after the delivery.

The promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever that is suffered by any entrant or winner (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), or for any personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of taking any prize, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

If needed, a redraw will be drawn for any unclaimed prize on the 24th January, 2012 at 10am at head office, 23-25 Mangrove Lane, Taren Point, NSW 2229. The winner will be notified by email or telephone, in writing to the address as on the entry form and published in The Australian newspaper on Monday 31st January 2012.
