Entry into this promotion deems acceptance of these conditions
Entry is open to all residents of Australia
Entry form must be posted to Locked Bag 1113, Maroochydore, Q 4558 or bought into the Sunshine Coast Daily office at Newspaper Place, Maroochydore, Q 4558 by 5pm Monday 24th October 2011
Entry forms will appear in the Sunshine Coast Daily on 15th-17th October & 20th-21st October 2011 and in the Buderim Chronicle, Maroochy Weekly, Nambour Weekly, Kawana Weekly and Caloundra Weekly on 20th October 2011.
Winners will be drawn at 10am on Tuesday 25th October 2011 at the Sunshine Coast Daily office at Newspaper Place, Maroochydore, Q 4558
There are 30 picnic prizes to give away to 30 winners that will receive a picnic basket full of local produce, a picnic rug, the new cook book 'Cook with Us' by George Calombaris and Gary Mehigan, a change to meet George Calombaris and Gary Mehigan and four tickets to the 2011 Brisbane Good food and wine show from November 4th-6th.
All decisions concerning an aspect or dispute connected in any way with this promotion will be made by the promoter whose decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into. The promotion commences on Saturday 15th October 2011 and ends at 5pm Monday 24th October 2011. The promoter reserves the right to use the winners name, suburb and photograph for promotional purposes
Entries will be declared void if mutilated or forged. Printing errors and other quality control matters outside the control of the individual will not invalidate an otherwise valid entry. No responsibility will be taken for lost, late or misdirected entries
Winners will be contacted by phone and the winners details will be published in the Sunshine Coast Daily
The first thirty entries drawn shall be declared the winners on the condition that none of the terms have been breached
Participation into the competition is deemed acceptance of all rules and conditions indicating that all details pertaining to the competition are understood
Sunshine Coast Daily, contractors, retail employees and their respective immediate families are ineligible to enter
