• Your Voice reward codes are valid until the date displayed upon delivery, and can only be redeemed through the Your Voice rewards website.
• There is no return, substitution, refund or redemption of expired reward codes.
• All rewards are earned in Your Voice Points and hold no value, cash or otherwise, outside of the Your Voice Rewards Programme.
• All rewards website rewards codes can only be redeemed for the reward options available on the Your Voice rewards website.
• Your Voice reserves the right to provide alternative redemptions options of equivalent value if required.
• In the event of any dispute the Your Voice Rewards Programme manager's decision is final.
• Your Voice, its owner(s) and/or operator(s) and/or any of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, employees and/or agents are not responsible for the loss or non-delivery of e-gift vouchers to a participant's email, regardless of cause or reason; and they are not responsible for the non-delivery of physical gift vouchers once posted through Standard Mail.
• Your Voice reserves the right to modify or cancel the Your Voice Rewards Programme at any time, upon prior written notice to individual’s participating in the Your Voice Rewards Programme. Your Voice shall post such notice on the homepage of each applicable website and any other place Your Voice deems appropriate.
• The total aggregate liability of Your Voice, its owner(s) and/or operator(s), and/or any of their respective parents, subsidiaries and/or affiliates to any individual participating in the Your Voice Rewards Programme for or in connection with any reward claim or dispute shall be limited to the approximate retail value of the reward which is subject to the claim or dispute. In no event shall Your Voice, its owner(s) and/or operator(s), and/or any of their respective parents, subsidiaries and/or affiliates be liable or responsible to any individual for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, regardless of the cause(s) and regardless of any notice of such damage(s).
• All personal information supplied by an individual solely for the delivery of a reward(s) will be used solely for this purpose and will not be used in any other way. All personal data processed in connection with the Your Voice Rewards Programme will the held in accordance with Your Voice’s privacy notice.
• Under the data protection legislation of various countries, Your Voice, its owner(s) and/or operator(s) and/or any of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, employees and/or agents are required to particularly draw your attention to the fact that by participating in the Your Voice Rewards Programme and in order to make it possible for Your Voice to perform its obligations under the Your Voice Rewards Programme, you acknowledge and agree that Your Voice, its owner(s) and operator(s), and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, employees, and appointed third party agents, need to know and hold your personal information which is supplied by you during the course of the Your Voice Rewards Programme and you authorize Your Voice, its owner(s) and operator(s), and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, employees, and appointed agents to use your personal information to process and fulfill your orders, to let you know the status of your order, to address any queries regarding your order, and tailor the Your Voice Rewards Programme based on your order data.
Your Voice, its owner(s) and/or operator(s) and/or any of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, employees and/or agents may also disclose your information to our appointed third party agents in order to process your order, for example, to courier companies who deliver goods to you on our behalf.
