1. The “Tuesday Jackpot” promotion is conducted by Casinos
Austria International (Cairns) Pty Ltd, ACN 062 222 011
(“Casinos Austria”).
2. To enter the promotion you must be 18 years of age or older.
3. The promotion commences at 9:00am on Tuesday
6th September 2011 and concludes at 9:30pm on Tuesday
25th October 2011. It will consist of 6 draws each Tuesday.
4. Your entry in the promotion will be subject to these rules and
conditions.
5. Prize draw entry forms will be issued for every 40 bonus
points earned whilst playing the gaming machines with your
Reef Club membership card correctly inserted.
6. The entry forms will automatically be printed and entered
into the designated barrel.
7. The Tuesday Jackpot draws will start at 7:00pm with a cash
amount of $1,000 to be won. The remaining draws at
7:30pm, 8:00pm, 8:30pm, 9:00pm and 9:30pm will be for
$250 or the jackpot amount. Should the 9.30pm draw not
be won, a redraw will take place every 3 minutes until the
prize is claimed.
8. Casinos Austria cannot guarantee that announcements can
be heard in all parts of the main gaming floor or level 2
gaming area. It is the patron’s responsibility to be in a
position within the complex to hear the announcement.
9. All tickets drawn, losing or winning, will be returned to the
barrel after each draw. The entry barrel will be emptied after
the final draw each Tuesday night.
10. You must be present at the draw to be eligible to win and to
claim a prize in that draw. All draws will take place within
the Casino.
11. If your entry form is drawn from the prize barrel, your name
will be announced. To claim the prize, you must then
produce identification acceptable to Casinos Austria within
3 minutes of your name being announced.
12. The laws of the state of Queensland will govern this
promotion.
13. By accepting a prize in the “Tuesday Jackpot” promotion
you consent to the publication of your name and/or
photograph in any form of media and you agree to
participate in any reasonable promotion requested by
Casinos Austria or The Reef Hotel Casino.
14. Officers and employees of The Reef Hotel Casino,
Casinos Austria or Pullman Reef Hotel Casino are not
eligible to enter the promotion.
15. Eligibility to enter and/or to claim a prize in the promotion
is at the sole discretion of Casinos Austria whose decision
shall be final.
