1.Information on how to enter forms part of the terms and conditions of entry. By entering, entrants accept these terms and conditions of entry.
2.Entry is open to premium members who are educators in schools, TAFEs and universities in Australia, and have purchased one or more programs from EnhanceTV. Entrants must be Australian residents over 18 years of age. Program(s) can be either VHS or DVD. The competition is not open to students.
3.Employees of the AudioVisual Copyright Society Limited trading as Screenrights and EnhanceTV Pty Ltd and their immediate families and the agencies and companies associated with the promotion are ineligible to enter the competition.
4.Entry is via the EnhanceTV website and Premium Member Email only. To enter the EnhanceTV Premium Members Competition, entrants must:
◦Be (or become) a Premium Member of EnhanceTV
◦Purchase any program (DVD or Download) from EnhanceTV from 17 October 2011 to 17 November 2011
5.The EnhanceTV Premium Member Competition is open between 17 October 2011 at 12.00am (AEDST) to 11.59pm (AEDST) 17 November 2011.
6.The EnhanceTV competition will be drawn at 10am (AEDST) on 24 November 2011 by a computer generated random number, overseen by 3 judges at the offices of EnhanceTV, Level 3, 156 Military Road, Neutral Bay NSW 2089, Australia.
7.The winner will be notified by telephone and email on 24 November 2011 and their name, institution and suburb will be published on the EnhanceTV website and email newsletter on 30 November 2001.
8.The competition draw is a game of chance and skill plays no part in determining the winner. The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
9. There is one winning entry. The first winner drawn will receive (1) Apple iPad2.
10.The total maximum prize value for this promotion is AUD$949 RRP, including GST. Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash. If for whatever reason the product is not available at the time the competition winner is announced, EnhanceTV reserves the right to give an alternative prize of the same value to the winner.
11.If the prize is not claimed by 5 January 2012, EnhanceTV shall conduct further draws as may be necessary at EnhanceTV, Level 3, 156 Military Road, Neutral Bay NSW 2089 on 9 January 2012 at 10am (AEDST). The winner will be notified by email and telephone on 9 January 2012.
12.EnhanceTV reserves the right, using its sole discretion, to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these terms and conditions.
13.EnhanceTV accepts no responsibility for any late, lost or misdirected email or incomplete or incorrect entrant contact details.
14.EnhanceTV is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participants or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation in or down-loading any materials in this competition.
15.If for any reason this competition is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of EnhanceTV, which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness or integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, EnhanceTV reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, take any action that may be available, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition.
16.EnhanceTV shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with the prize, except for any liability, which cannot be excluded by law.
17.All entries in the EnhanceTV Premium Members Competition become the property of the EnhanceTV. EnhanceTV respects your privacy and your information will be held in accordance with the EnhanceTV Privacy Policy.
18.Educators for the purposes of this competition are defined as those who are employed or engaged in a teaching or administrative capacity in a school, college, TAFE, or university in Australia.
