ELIGIBILITY - To be eligible, the Good Sammy customer must spend $20 or more in one transaction at a Good Sammy store during the competition period. By spending $20 or more the customer is eligible for an entry form which must be filled in and placed at the entry box located at each Good Sammy Store. Customers may enter as many times as they transact over $20. In addition, if the winner of Prize One can demonstrate they are a Facebook Fan of Good Sammy Shops they will win Prize Two. Staff and Volunteers of Good Samaritan Industries are not eligible for this promotion.
COMPETITION STARTS OCTOBER 1 2011 AND ENDS 31 OCTOBER 2011
THE WINNER WILL BE DRAWN 10.00am NOVEMBER 9 2011 AND THE RESULT PUBLISHED IN THE WEST AUSTRALIAN NOVEMBER 12 2011. All entries will be taken from Good Sammy Shops to Good Samaritan Industries (GSI) at 47 Magnet Road Canning Vale where they will be placed in a single container and the Chief Executive Officer of GSI will randomly draw one winning entry.
