"WIN A FAMILY HOLIDAY TO THE GOLD COAST AND SEE THE WIGGLES"
1) Information on the prize and how to enter form part of these Conditions of Entry. Entry into this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Entry by each entrant. Entry is via Internet only.
2) Entry is free and open to residents of Australia aged 18 years or older ("Eligible Entrant"), who enter the promotion in the required manner.
3) This competition prize is for up to two (2) adults and three (3) children.
4) Employees of Flight Centre Limited and their immediate families are not permitted to enter.
5) Entry into the competition opens at (10:00pm AEST) on Thursday, 20 October 2011 and closes at 8:00am (AEST) on Saturday 12 November 2011.
6) A maximum of one entry per person will be valid. Eligible Entrants can enter the promotion in any of the following ways:
a) Persons who do not already ‘like’

www.facebook.com/escapetravelau and click the ‘like’ button on the screen. The competition is then entered into by completing the online entry form at
www.facebook.com/escapetravelau and selecting the box to register as an email subscriber.
b) Persons who currently ‘like’
www.facebook.com/escapetravelau must enter the competition via the ‘WIN A HOLIDAY’ application on
www.facebook.com/escapetravelau. The online entry form must be completed. The tick box authorizing email subscription must be ticked.
c) Persons who have completed the steps in point 6a and 6b can receive a second entry into the draw by entering again via www.facebook.com/visitgoldcoast.. Persons who do not already ‘like’ www.facebook.com/visitgoldcoast must go to www.facebook.com/visitgoldcoast and press the ‘like’ button. The competition must then be entered by filling in the online entry form and ticking the box to become an email subscriber. Entry is via the ‘Win a Holiday’ application. 7) Entries will be deemed to be accepted at the time of receipt and not at the time of transmission. Entries received will be considered final by the Promoters. Incomplete, inaccurate, erroneous, ineligible or incomprehensible entries will be deemed invalid. Entries must be received by the Promoters during the promotional period. The Promoters accept no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries.
Any contact details entered incorrectly on the Promotional Websites shall be deemed invalid and will result in an ineligible entry.
9) In order to subscribe to the Escape Travel email newsletter and complete online entry form eligible entrants will be required to provide their full name, current and valid email address, postal address, daytime telephone number, mobile number, postcode and date of birth.
10) Any costs associated with accessing the Promotional Websites remain the responsibility of each entrant and are dependent on the Internet Service Provider used.
11) There will be one (1) automated prize draw using
http://randomizer.org/, generating one (1) Prize Winner.
12) The prize draw will take place at 12pm (AEST) on Tuesday 15 November 2011 at Flight Centre Head Office, 545 Queen Street, Brisbane QLD 4000.
13) The prize winner will be notified by phone and email and their name will be published on
www.facebook.com/escapetravelau on Tuesday 15 November 2011 by 5:00pm (AEST). The winner’s name and state or residence will be published in The Australian newspaper on Thursday 17 November 2011.
14) Winner must claim prize by 5:00pm on Monday 21 November 2011.
15) Prize can be claimed by writing in email to
samantha_locke@flightcentre.com. The winner must clearly state the full name and birth dates of those who will be claiming this prize.
16) In the case of an unclaimed prize there will be a second chance draw at 12pm (AEST) on Tuesday 22 November 2011 at Flight Centre Head Office, 545 Queen Street, Brisbane QLD 4000. The winner will be notified by phone and email and their name will be published on
www.facebook.com/escapetravelau on Tuesday 22 November 2011 by 5:00pm (AEST). The winner’s name will be published in The Australian on Wednesday 23 November 2011.
17) The prize itinerary and full details will be emailed to the winner within one week from claiming their prize. Promoters will assist the Prize Winner as much as is practicable to ensure the prize is taken according to these terms and conditions.
18) One (1) prize will be awarded. The total prize value is up to $6042.
19) Prize Details:
a) There will be one prize awarded. The prize is made up of the following flights, accommodation, car hire and activities.
b) Return flights for up to two (2) adults and three (3) children to the Gold Coast.
Departure date is Wednesday 7 December, return date is Sunday 11 December, 2011. Flights valued at up to $3,000. c) Four (4) nights accommodation at Paradise Resort in a King Bunkhouse which includes one (1) fully supervised session in the Zone 4 Kids Club per child per day and unlimited entry to the Zone 4 Kids Water Park. Dates for this accommodation are check in Wednesday 7 December check out 11 December, 2011 valued at $1120
d) Admission to Dreamworld for up to two (2) adults and three (3) children valued at $310
e) Five (5) days car hire valued at up to $600
f) Petrol allowance up to $300
g) Admission for up to two adults and three children to SkyPoint Observation valued at up to $81
h) Admission for up to two adults and three children to Infinity valued at up to $101
i) Entry for up to two adults and three children to Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary’s - Wild night Adventure Dinner valued at up to $355
j) Admission for up to two adults and three children to the Wiggles concert in Brisbane valued at up to $175
20) The winner may choose to transfer the prize at the same time that the prize is claimed. This prize is not transferable once the winner has claimed the prize.21) Prize conditions are: a) Prize must be taken on dates specified.
b) Prize is not transferable once prize has been claimed in the manner mentioned in point 15.
c) If fewer than two (2) adults and three (3) children accept the prize the remaining component of the prize is forfeited.
d) At least one adult over the age of twenty five (25) must travel as a prize winner or guest of a prize winner.
e) Hire car policy applies to the nominated driver. The driver is responsible for the car as per the car hire company’s policy. Any additional charges associated with the car hire or any damage to the car whilst in the winner’s possession responsibility of the driver.
f) Prize is not exchangeable.
22) By entering the competition the winner consents to the use of their name, suburb of residence and image for promotional and marketing purposes.
23) To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible or liable for:
a) inaccurate/incorrect transcription of entry information;
b) purported entries that are not received for any reason, including because they are lost, misdirected or stolen, or that are received, but are late, illegible, incomplete, sent with insufficient postage (where entry is by post), or sent other than as directed in the entry instructions;
c) any problems or technical failures of any kind, including malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems or network, servers or providers, computer equipment, or software;
d) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any service whether or not caused by traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website;
e) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the competition;
f) electronic or human error which may occur in the administration of the competition;
g) any loss suffered or sustained, to person or property and including, but not limited to, consequential (including economic) loss by reason of any act or omission, deliberate or negligent, by the Promoter, or its servants or agents, in connection with the arrangement for supply, or the supply, of any goods or services by any person to a prize winner and, where applicable, to any family/persons accompanying a winner; or
h) any injury or damage to persons or property, including to the participant’s or any other person’s computer related to, or resulting from, participation or downloading any materials in this competition.
24) The Promoter will not be liable for personal injury suffered during prize winnings. The winner, and his or her guests (if any), must sign and return any liability release and indemnity provided by the Promoter and/or its contractors as a condition of a prize being awarded. Failure to return the signed releases and indemnities will result in the entitlement to the prize being forfeited and the selection of another winner.
25) This condition does not affect, and is not intended to affect, any rights a consumer might have, which cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws. To the fullest extent permitted by law, any liability of the Promoter or its servant or agents for breach of any such rights is limited to the payment of the cost of having the prize supplied again.
26) The Promoter Flight Centre Limited trading as Escape Travel ABN 25 003 377 188/CAN 003 377 188 located at Level 2, 545 Queen Street, Brisbane QLD 4000. The personal information of entrants will be collected to enable the Promoter to administer and promote this competition and its winners and may be used to market its services to the entrant. The personal information of the entrants will be held and used in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy which is available at
www.escapetravel.com.au. The personal information of winners may be provided to others assisting, including prize suppliers and deliverers, and to authorities that regulate this competition. If an entrant does not truthfully provide all requested personal information, the Promoter may determine that they are not eligible to win the prize.
