1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these terms & conditions. Any entry not complying with these terms and conditions is invalid. Entry into this Promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions of entry.
2. Entry is open to all residents of Australia, aged 18 and above. Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter, their related corporate bodies, agencies or companies associated with this Promotion are not eligible to enter this promotion .
3. The promotion commences at 12.01am AEDT on 29th October 2011 and closes at
11.59pm AEDT on 27 November 2011.
4. To enter, Eligible Entrants must during the Promotion Period:
a) visit the Holidays for Sale website located at www. holidaysforsale.com.au;
b) complete the online entry form, including full name, phone number and email address; and
c) agree to the Terms and Conditions
5. Only one entry per Eligible Entrant will be accepted.
6. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process or for submitting an entry, which is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
7. There is one Grand Prize draw. The draw will take place at 3pm (AEDT) on 28th November, 2011 at Abundant Media, 4 543-549 Bridge Road, Richmond, VIC 3121. All Eligible Entries will be entered into the draw. The winner will be notified by email, published on
http://www.welikethis.com.au and in The Australian newspaper on 2nd December, 2011. The first Eligible Entry drawn will win the prize.
8. The prize comprises the following and is valued at $13,065.00 (inc GST) at the time of publishing.
a) 2 x return Economy flights to Vanuatu from the winner’s closest Australian capital city;
b) 7 nights’ accommodation for the winner and their guest in a deluxe waterfront apartment with ocean view
c) buffet breakfast for 2 adults each morning

9. The Prize cannot be transferred, exchanged or refunded for cash. All other costs associated with the Prize, including but not limited to spending money, in-room charges, taxes, travel insurance, passports, visas, vaccinations, items of a personal nature and all other ancillary costs are not included and are the responsibility of the winner and their guest. All travel must be taken by 30th June 2012 and is subject to booking and flight availability. Blackout periods may occur.
10. If the winner is unable to take the trip by this time (or chooses not to), the Prize will be forfeited and the Promoter is not obliged to substitute the Prize or any component.
11. The winner and their guest are responsible for ensuring that they have a valid passport and any requisite visas, vaccinations and travel documentation. It is a condition of taking the Prize that the winner and their guest take out appropriate travel insurance prior to travel.
12. The winner and their guest may be required to sign a release and indemnity form in favour of the Promoter and return that documentation to the Promoter prior to receiving the Prize.
13. The Promoter reserves the right to redraw in the event of any entrant not claiming the Prize. If the Prize remains unclaimed or forfeited through ineligibility or otherwise(other than as set out in clause 10), the Promoter will conduct a further draw, as required, at the same time and place as the original draw on 26 March 2012. 14. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

16. If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned

cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the
administration, security, fairness or integrity of the promotion), the Promoter
reserves the right in its sole discretion, (subject to any written direction given
by a relevant Regulatory Authority), to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend
