TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Information on how to participate and prize details form part of these terms and conditions. Participation in this competition is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
2. Entry is only open to Australian residents, aged 14+ who are registered as 'liking' the official Le Tan fan page on Facebook during the time of the promotion or earlier. Employees and the immediate families of the Promoter and its agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible. Entrants under 18 years as at the start date of the competition must obtain the consent of their parents’ or legal guardian to enter the promotion and provide personal information about themselves.
3. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these
4. Conditions of Entry. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
5. This competition opens at 9:00AM Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) on Tuesday 1st November 2011 and will continue until 11:59PM pm on Sunday 4th December 2011 (Competition Period).

www.winwithletan.com.au or m.winwithletan.com.au and submitting an entry via the supplied form.
7. To enter, participants must subscribe, or be subscribed, to the official Le Tan fan page on Facebook, and submit an entry via the supplied form, including a response to the following: "In twenty words or less tell us what Le Tan means to you and why?”
8. Incomplete, illegible or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.
9. The five best entries received during the Competition Period will receive a Prize as follows: 1 x AUD$1000.00 voucher to be redeemed at Sportsgirl. Only one (1) prize per person is permitted.

10. This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining any of the Prize winners.
11. Judging of the Prizes will take place at 9:00 AM on 7 December 2010 at 30 Bando Road, Springvale, VIC 3171 (“Prize Determination Date”).
12. All valid entries will be assessed in the judging process. The Promoters' decision regarding the award of prizes is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
13. Prize winners will be notified by email within 48 hours of the Prize Determination Date. Prizes will be sent within 28 days of the Prize Determination Date.
14. The Promoter is not responsible for any issues in relation to accessing the Win With Le Tan tab on the Le Tan fan page on Facebook as this site is run as a separate entity and there may be issues in using the Facebook website which are out of the control of the Promoter. Facebook have their own regulations in regards to information being posted within their social media pages and the Promoters refer you to those rules and conditions (available at facebook.com) which are in no way associated with the Promoters or related to this competition.
15. If for any reason this competition is not capable of running as planned (including but not limited to) infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affect the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this competition, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and, subject to any written directions given by the various Lottery Departments, to cancel,
terminate, modify or suspend the competition.
16. The Promoter is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site, or any combination thereof, (including but not limited to) any injury or damage to participants or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials in this competition.
17. Any costs associated with accessing the Le Tan fan page on Facebook or the Win with Le Tan website (
www.winwithletan.com.au) is the entrant’s responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used. Any entry not including a completed form and creative response to the following: "In twenty words or less tell us what Le Tan means to you and why?" will be deemed invalid.
18. The Promoter and/or Facebook shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of participating in this promotion or accepting or using any of the prizes, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
19. In the event of war, terrorism, state of emergency or disaster the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion subject to any written directions from the various lottery Departments.
20. The Promoters accept no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries or entries not received for any reason.
21. Entries will be deemed to be accepted at the time of receipt and not at the time of transmission.
22. If the Promoters are unable to contact a winner, that Prize shall be awarded to the next best valid entry received. The Promoters will not be liable for a winner who cannot be contacted. Any winner that cannot be contacted forfeits their Prize and no correspondence will be entered into. Winners have 2 weeks from date of notification under clause 12 to respond in order to claim the applicable Prize.
23. Entrants may enter this competition as many times as they like, provided that (a) each entry submitted is a substantially unique entry; and (b) each entry is submitted separately and in accordance with entry requirements.
24. Prize winners must provide a valid street delivery address. The Promoters will make all reasonable efforts to deliver the Prizes to the delivery addresses provided. The Promoters cannot guarantee that any prizes returned to the Promoters due to non-delivery at the provided address will be re-sent to the Prize winner, unless an alternative, valid delivery address is provided. The Promoters and their associated agencies, and companies associated with this competition will take no responsibility for Prizes damaged or lost in transit.
25. The Promoters reserve the right to request winners to sign a winner’s deed of release or any other relevant forms or agreements that the Promoters deem necessary, to verify proof of identity, proof of age, proof of residency at the nominated prize delivery address in order to claim a Prize. Proof of identification, residency, age and entry considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the Promoters. In the event that a winner cannot provide suitable proof, the winner will forfeit the Prize in whole and no substitute will be offered.
26. The Promoters' decision in relation to any aspect of this competition is final and binding on each person who enters. No correspondence will be entered into.
27. The Promoters accept no responsibility for any tax liabilities or other costs associated with, or that may arise from, winning a Prize.
28. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of participating in this promotion or accepting any of the prizes, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
29. All entries become the property of the Promoters. The Promoter will collect personal information to conduct this Promotion. All entries will be entered into a database and the Promoters may use entrants' names and addresses for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes. All personal information will be securely stored by the Promoters. Any Entrant request to access, update or correct information should be made to the Promoter.
30. Entrants consent to the Promoter using the entrant's name, likeness, image and/or voice (incl. photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period of time without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this competition (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.
31. The Promoters reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, or who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions of entry, or who is engaged in any unlawful or improper misconduct calculated to jeopardize the fair and proper conduct of this competition.
32. Each entrant releases Facebook from any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained as the result of participating in this competition or as the result of accepting any of the Prizes, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
33. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoters will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with the competition or as the result of accepting, using or consuming a Prize.
34. Prizes are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. If a nominated Prize cannot be provided, the Promoters reserve the right to supply an alternative prize of similar monetary value.
