TERMS & CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
How to Enter
To be eligible for the advertised promotion, entrants must be Australian residents to enter the competition on Madman's THE TRIP website during the promotional period. To enter the promotion, eligible entrants must, during the promotional period, complete in full in the required manner and submit the online entry found on Madman's THE TRIP website from 28th October 2011.
Terms and Conditions
1.Details on how to enter form part of these Terms and Conditions.
2.Entry is open to all Australian Residents. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, participating outlets, printers, suppliers, providers and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
3.Eligible entrants will be required to provide all mandatory information required for the promotion. Such information may include their name, address, current and valid email address and telephone number. All eligible entries must submit a maximum 2 minute video of themselves doing a celebrity impersonation. The winning entries will be judged as the most popular by the Facebook community - the winning entry will be the impersonation with the most online 'Likes'.
4.As the promoter, Madman Entertainment reserves the right to remove any posts/entries they deem offensive or otherwise inappropriate, and the offending entrant will be ineligible to win any prize in the competition
5.Only one entry per person. Internet entries will be deemed to be accepted at the time of receipt and not at the time of transmission. Incomplete, ineligible or incomprehensible entries will be deemed invalid. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries.
6.The promotion starts on 28/10/2011 and closes on 10/12/2011.
7.Entry opens at 12.01am (AEST) on 28/10/2011 and closes 11:59pm (AEST) on 10/12/2011.
8.The winner will be chosen by the Promoter according to the entry that has the most 'Likes' on Facebook on 10/12/2011. The winner will be chosen on 12/12/2010 by Madman Entertainment, 1-35 Wellington Street, Collingwood, Victoria, 3066, at its absolute discretion. Prize winners will be notified via THE TRIP website & the Madman Films Facebook page. Winners will then be required to email their address details to the promoter in order to arrange delivery of their prize.
9.The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

The prizes are:
◦100 x copies of THE TRIP (on DVD only). This number may be increased at the discretion of the promoter after 20th November 2011. DVDs are limited to one per entrant.
◦Major prize: Four tickets to every major nationwide Madman cinema release from December 2011 - November 2012.
11.The prizes will not be replaced if lost, stolen or damaged.
12.Entries will be deemed ineligible if entrants submit an impression that is not their own in an attempt to win prizes.
13.The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies shall not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect or consequential loss), damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (including but not limited to that arising from any person's negligence) in connection with using any prize, except any liability that cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law).
14.The Promoters accept no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from winning any of the prizes. Independent financial advice should be sought.
15.The prize is not exchangeable or transferable and cannot be taken as cash. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in prize value. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for prizes lost or damaged in transit.
16.If the prize is unavailable, for whatever reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for a prize of equal or greater value. It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winners must comply with all the conditions of use of the prize and prize supplier's requirements. Each prize must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if a winner is unable to accept the prize.
17.All entries remain the property of the Promoter.
