2. WHO MAY ENTER
The only persons who may enter and be awarded prizes are residents of the place specified in Condition 1.1, who have attained the age specified in Condition 1.2 (if an age is specified in that Condition), who are not (i) employees of, or contractors to, the Promoter or any of its agencies involved with this competition, or (ii) members of the immediate family of such employees and contractors. “Immediate family" means spouse, defacto spouse, parent, natural or adopted child, and sibling (whether natural or adopted by a parent), whether or not they live in the same household as the employee/contractor.
3. ENTRANTS BOUND BY CONDITIONS
By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these conditions.
4. HOW TO ENTER
4.1 Entrants must complete the form found on this page:

4.2 Entrants must agree to the terms and conditions by ticking the appropriate box on the competition entry form
5. LIMITATIONS ON ENTRY
Only one entry to the competition per person is permitted.
6. DURATION
This competition commences at the Sydney time and date specified in Conditions 1.3 and 1.4.
Entries must be received by the Sydney time and date specified in Conditions 1.5 and 1.6.
7. SELECTION OF WINNERS
7.1 At the time and date specified in Conditions 1.7 and 1.8 (and 1.9 and 1.10 if a redraw is required), the judges will choose one winner at random via barrel draw.
7.2 The venue for the draw is Level 3, 46-56 Kippax St, Surry Hills NSW 2010.
8. PRIZES
8.1 The Winner will win a Black 32GB iPad2 with Wi-Fi and 3G, valued at $839.00 (inclusive of GST)
8.2 The Prize cannot be refunded or exchanged or be taken as a monetary payment.
8.3 The Prize will be posted to the address of the winner by registered mail. The postal address will be provided by the winner following notification (detailed in 9)
8.4 The Promoter is not responsible for any loss or damage incurred to the Prize (i) during transit or delivery to the winner and therefore is not liable for the cost of any repairs or replacements.
8.5 In the event that the Prize detailed in (i) is unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a similar Prize at equal or greater value, or alternatively offer the same Prize at a date when the specified item is available for purchase.
8.6 Any other features, accessories or extras not listed in the Prize description in (i) is not the responsibility of the Promoter.
9. WINNER NOTIFICATION AND PUBLICATION

If for any reason this competition is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this competition, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition.
The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to, or alteration of, entries. The Promoter is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any email or entry to be received by the Promoter on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Website, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in this competition.
