Conditions of Entry - Hello Kitty Competition

Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these conditions of entry.

1. Entry is open to all Priceline Australia Facebook members who are residents of Australia, except employees of the promoter and their immediate families, associated companies and agencies.

2. The Promoter is Priceline Pty Ltd, 885 Mountain Highway, Bayswater VIC 3153.

3. The competition commences on 4th November 2011 at 9am Australian EST, and concludes on 9th November 2011 at 5pm Australian EST. The winning entries will be selected at Priceline Pty Ltd, 885 Mountain Highway, Bayswater VIC 3153 on 11th November at 3pm.

4. To enter, entrants must visit the Hello Kitty competition page at www.facebook.com/pricelineaustralia during the promotional period, complete the qualifying questions and all required personal details to be eligible to enter. Any entries not including all required information will be deemed ineligible.

5. The 10 best responses to the qualifying question, Tell us in 25 words or less why you love Hello Kitty, will be deemed the winners. All winners will receive one Hello Kitty prize pack valued at $90.

6. The judges decision in relation to any aspect of the competition is final and binding on each person who enters. Chance plays no part in determining the winner. No correspondence will be entered into.

7. Winners will be notified by email and the names of the winners will be published on www.facebook.com/pricelineaustralia on 11th November 2011.

8. The contact details of the winning entries will be passed onto a 3rd party for prize fulfillment only and will be destroyed once the prize has been sent to the winners.

9. All entries become the property of the Promoter. The entries may be entered into a database for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes, unless otherwise stated by the entrant. The

Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever suffered, including but not limited to direct or consequential loss, or personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with any prizes.
