The very fabulous Showtime series The United States of Tara, starring Aussie icon Toni Collette, is released on DVD this month and thanks to the lovely folk at Paramount Home Entertainment we have three copies of the three disc set to give away!
In the series Toni plays wife and mother Tara who just happens to suffer from having a personality disorder which makes her assume different identities if she doesn’t take her pills which is something she manages to do on a very regular basis. Her alter egos are beer and gun loving truck driver Buck, foul mouthed teen T, perfect 50′s housewife Alice and Tara herself of course.
Brilliantly played by Collette and featuring some brilliant writing from Juno scribe Diablo Cody, The United States of Tara is definitely unmissable. The three disc set also includes an interview with Diablo, audio commentaries, a look at Tara’s other personalities, cast bios and a photo gallery.
