4. Competition runs between 12am November 1, 2011 (EDST) to 12am December 30 2011 (EDST). Total prize value is AU $40,550; consisting of one major prize of $15,000
cash and 500 instant win prizes, total value $25,550 (maximum instant win prize value $229). Instant prizes consist of: 200 x Sidchrome T-shirt Size Large (RRP $39);100 x

5. One entry per person. This is a game of chance.
6. Only valid legible entries will be accepted. SMS entries must contain entrant’s postcode. Manual and online web form entrants must supply information as specified via each
entry method, inclusive of entrant’s postcode.
7. Instant win prizes are only available for SMS - 0408 711 251 (entry will not exceed 55 cents) and online entries. Winners will be announced as per the competition entrant
name (i.e. personal or business), the Promoter accepts no responsibility for any winner disputes. SMS - 0408 711 251 and online random draw competition mechanic is
managed by Impact Data. Random Mechanic approval number E106/2006.
8. SMS entries incur standard charges as per the entrant’s network provider.
9. SMS Instant Prize Winners will receive a reply text directing them to an online form asking them to login with their allocated prize code, email address or mobile number.
They then will be directed to a form to supply their postal address. Online instant prize winners will receive an email advising them of their win and a form to fill out,
supplying their postal address. Instant Prize Winners will then be mailed/couriered their instant prize by 31st January 2012.
10. Instant Prize Winners will still be deemed valid entries for the Major Prize Draw also.
11. Any entry forms that are incorrect, incomplete, indecipherable or illegible will be deemed invalid.
12. The Major Prize Draw will take place at Impact Data Pty Ltd; Level 2 / 627 Chapel St, South Yarra VIC 3141; on Monday February 13 2012 at 4PM (EDST). The draw will
be conducted by a random draw mechanic. The Major Prize winner will receive a cheque for AU$15,000.
13. Winners will be randomly selected from the valid competition entries via Impact Data’s random draw mechanic.
14. The major prize winner will be notified by phone, in writing and results published in The Australian, Tuesday February 21st 2012.
15. The major prize shall be delivered to the winner by registered mail. The major prize winner will receive an online link to supply their email and mailing address contact
information.
16. Any unclaimed prizes shall be redrawn on Wednesday May 15th 2012 at 10.30am at Impact Data Pty Ltd; Level 2 / 627 Chapel St, South Yarra VIC 3141. Any redrawn
prize winners will be notified by phone, in writing and results will be published in The Australian on Wednesday March 22rd 2012 if needed.
17. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
18. Instant prizes and Major Prize are not exchangeable; Instant Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or other.
19. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any
personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion, including,
but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by
the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (b) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (c) any tax
liability incurred by a winner or entrant; or (d) use of a prize.
20. The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the Promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to its members/stores. Entry is
conditional on providing this information. The Promoter may, for an indefinite period unless otherwise advised, use the information for promotional, marketing, publicity,
research and profiling purposes including sending electronic messages or telephoning the entrant. Entrants should direct any request to access, update or correct
information to the Promoter. All entries become the property of the Promoter.
21. In accepting the Major Prize, the winner agrees to provide the Promoter (AIS Pty Ltd) with a photograph of themselves holding the prize cheque. The winner agrees to
comply with the Promoter using this photograph for marketing/promotional purposes; i.e. including, but not limited to, the Promoters website, internal newsletters etc.
22. Entrants consent to the Promoter using the entrant’s name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of
the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this competition (including any outcome), and promoting any products
manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.
