Conditions of entry for Invisible Zinc Win 4 x Tickets to Invisible Zinc Summer Launch Party Competition
Information on how to enter and the prizes form part of these conditions of entry. Entry into the competition is deemed acceptance of the terms and conditions.
Entry is open only to all residents of Australia aged 18 years or over who satisfy the entry requirements stated in term 9.
The Promoter is Valeant Pharmaceuticals Australasia Pty Ltd and the beneficiary is News Magazines Pty Ltd. Employees of News Magazines and Valeant Pharmaceuticals Australasia Pty Ltd and their advertising agencies, newsagents, subagents, respective employees and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.
This competition is a game of skill. Chance plays no part in determining the winner.
Promotion commences 12:01am on Wednesday 2nd November 2011 and closes 11.59pm on Wednesday 23rd November 2011 (promotional period). The entries will be judged from 12:00pm Thursday 24th November 2011 at Valeant Pharmaceuticals Pty Ltd, Level 7, 3 Rider Boulevard, Rhodes NSW 2138. All times referred to in these conditions are all Australian Eastern Daylight Savings Time.
Maximum of one (1) entry per person permitted
Entries are judged based on creative merit. The most creative and entertaining entry, as determined by the judges, will be deemed the winner of the major prize. Entries will be judged by a panel of judges from Valeant Pharmaceuticals Pty Ltd. This competition is a game of skill, so chance plays no part in determining the winner. Judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The judges may select additional reserve entries which they determine to be the next best, and record them in order, in case of an invalid entry or ineligible entrant.
To enter, Participants must ‘Like’ the Invisible Zinc Facebook page, complete the entry form and answer in 25 words or less “Which Invisible Zinc product couldn’t you live without and why?”
One winner will receive the Ultimate Vogue VIP Experience for them and four friends. The prize includes:
4 tickets to the Invisible Zinc Summer Launch Party
Return economy flights from the winner’s closest capital city to Sydney.
Return airport to hotel transfers.
1 night accommodation in a 4 star hotel
Chauffeur service to and from the event,
4 x hair and make-up packs for the winner and their companions,
4 x gift bags
Total prize pool valued at $7,000.
Participants must be flexible and available to take the prize on the 29th and 30th of November 2011.
Travel insurance is the responsibility of the winner.
Itinerary to be determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion.
Frequent flyer points will not form part of the prize.
Prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash. Subject to the terms and conditions of the participating prize provider(s), if for any reason the winner does not, once the prize has been booked, take the prize (or an element of the prize) at the time stipulated, then the prize (or that element of the prize) will be forfeited and will not be redeemable for cash.
The time of entry will in all cases, be the time the entry is received by the database at Valeant Pharmaceuticals: Invisible Zinc through their facebook page.
Any cost associated with accessing the promotional website is the entrant’s responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used.
Entries without the required information will be deemed incomplete and will not count towards an entry into the Promotion.
Entrants confirm and promise that their entry is original and does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party.
Prize value is accurate at the time of printing. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the prize. All prize values are in Australian dollars.
The winner and their companions are responsible for all other expenses including spending money, meals (unless specified), drinks, transfers (unless specified), laundry charges, activities (unless specified), incidentals, taxes (excluding departure and any other flight associated taxes included within the prize), energy surcharges, gratuities, services charges, passports, visas, travel insurance and all other ancillary costs.
A credit card imprint or cash deposit may be required from the winner at check-in to the hotel, for all incidental charges. Once accommodation vouchers are issued they are non-changeable.
Travel must be taken at the time specified by the promoter and must coincide with the dates of the scheduled Invisible Zinc Summer Launch Party. The Promoter Valeant Pharmaceuticals and News Magazines are not responsible for lost, late, incomprehensible or incorrect entries in the competition. We also accept no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from prize winnings in the competition. You should seek Independent financial advice about such matters.
In the event of war, terrorism, state of emergency, disaster or (without limitation) any other event outside our reasonable control, we are entitled to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition.
If for any reason the competition is not capable of running as planned (including but not limited to) technical failures, unauthorised intervention, fraud or any other causes beyond our control which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this competition, we are entitled in our sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition.
The winner releases the Promoter from any and all causes of action, losses, liability, damage, expense (including legal expenses), cost or charge suffered, sustained or in any way incurred by the winner as a result of any loss or damage to any physical property of the winner, or any injury to or death of any person arising out of, or related to, or in any way connected with the Promoters or the prize.
