1. Information on how to enter and prizes are detailed on
www.escapewithet.com. Entry into the promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions of entry.
2. In these terms and conditions “we” or “us” means the promoter ET Productions Pty Ltd A.C.N. 092 982 860 PO Box 497, Caringbah. NSW.1495.
3. Entry to this competition is open to all residents of Australia and New Zealand. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.
4. This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winner.
5. To qualify for entry, entrants must become a member of the Escape with ET website (
www.escapewithet.com). The competition is online only, and entries must be submitted online. No other form of entry will be accepted. Entrants who qualify for entry will be entered into the competition when the online entry is submitted.
6. The promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify an entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these terms and conditions of entry. Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.

8. No responsibility is accepted for late, lost or misdirected entries.
9. Out of all the valid entries, the Entry determined by the judge(s) to be most creative will be selected as the winner(s). The Judges decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
10. Winners will be notified by phone and or email and the names of the winners of prizes will be published on
www.escapewithet.com .
11. Prizes are not transferable, upgradeable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
12. There is no age limit, however any prizes that may be won by an entrant below the age of 18 will be awarded to the parent or guardian.
13. If any prize (or any part of any prize ) is unavailable the promoter in its discretion reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize of equal value and/or specification.
14. If in the event for any reason whatsoever the winner of the prize cannot or does not take the prize or an element of the prize, on the date stipulated by the promoter, then that element of the prize will be forfeited by the prize winner, and cash will not be awarded in lieu of that element of the prize. In such event the forfeited prize or the element of the prize (as the case may be) will be awarded to the next eligible entrant (as determined by the judge(s).
15. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excluded all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the promotion.
16. If for any reason this competition is not capable of running as planned due to any reason, including but limited to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this competition, the promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel terminate, modify, or suspend the competition. In such event, all entries shall nevertheless become the property of the promoter.
17. The promoter collects entrant’s personal information in order to conduct the promotion. If the information requested is not provided, the entrant may not participate in the promotion. By entering the promotion, unless otherwise advised, each entrant consents to the information they submit with their entry being entered into a database and the promoter and its related bodies corporate may use this information in any media for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference, payment or other compensation to the entrant including sending electronic messages.
