3. The Promotion commences at 9.00 am AEST on Monday, 7th November 2011 and closes at 10am AEST on Friday, 25th November 2011 (‘promotion period’).

8. The Promoter reserves the right to redraw in the event of any entrant not claiming a prize or not being eligible. If any prize remains unclaimed or forfeited through ineligibility or otherwise, the Promoter will conduct further judging, as required, at the same time and place as the original draw on Monday, 12th December 2011.
9. Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

By entering the promotion, each entrant agrees in addition to the above uses, that the Promoter may disclose entrants’ personal information, to State and Territory lottery departments, the winners’ names will be published as required under the relevant lottery legislation and the Promoter may publish or cause to be published the winner's names and suburb in any media.

The winner releases the promoter and the prize sponsor from any and all causes of action, losses, liability, damage, expense (including legal expenses), cost or charge suffered, sustained or in any way incurred by the winner as a result of any loss or damage to any physical property of the winner, or any injury to or death of any person arising out of, or related to, or in any way connected with the promotion or the prize.
