Winners will be notified by telephone or as specified, and names of winners will be published in the next available issues or as advised by The Herald, The Star or The Lakes Mail and Coasting Magazine. The judges decision is final and binding on each person who enters. No correspondence will be entered into. No responsibility is taken for late, lost or misdirected mail, email
or sms messages. Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash.
5. The promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever suffered (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss) or personal injury sustained or suffered during the course of prize winning trips or in connection with any other prizes.
6. In travel contests, winners must make their own way to and from the carriers nearest departure point. Promoters accept no responsibility for health, luggage, meals, travellers cheques, insurances, travel, accommodation, passports and visas, vaccinations, departure tax, personal expenses and transfers other than specified.

Travel prizes may be subject to certain restrictions eg: can not be taken during Australian School Holidays, cancellations fees applies etc. Accommodations and airfares are subject to availability and must be taken before a date specified per promotion. 8. Entries remain the property of Newcastle Newspapers and cannot be returned. The promoter reserves the right to photograph and publish winners.
