RAA Christmas Hamper Competition

1. Information on how to enter and prize details form part of the conditions of entry.
2. All employees of the promoter and its related bodies corporate are ineligible to enter.
3. The competition commences on 1 November and closes on 20 December 2011.
4. The competition consists of one prize draw where the winner will receive a ‘Picnic Tempters’ gift hamper valued at $100.
5. Total prize pool is $100.
6. Only current financial RAA Premium & Plus Members are eligible to enter.
7. To enter, members must either join or upgrade to RAA Premium or Plus between 1 November and 20 December 2011 and fill in the competition entry form.
8. The draw will take place at 10.00am on Wednesday 21 December 2011 at this shop.
9. The first entry drawn that fulfils the competition entry criteria will win the prize.
10. The winning member will be notified by phone and the results published online at raa.com.au/competitions
11. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged or taken for cash.
12. The winner agrees to make themself available for publicity opportunities at the discretion of the promoter for a period of three months after the collection of the prize.
13. As the prize contains alcohol it will not be given to any persons under the age of 18. If the winner is under 18 they must be accompanied by an adult to collect the prize.
14. The promoter’s decision is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
15. The promoter shall not be liable for any tax implications that may arise as a result of accepting any prize. Independent financial advice should be sought by any person participating in the promotion.
