Entry is available to permanent residents of:
- Queensland
- Entrants must be aged 18 years and over.
- Entrants must be in good physical health in order to take part in the activity.
A person is ineligible to participate in the Competition and redeem any prizes if they have won a prize valued at $10,000 or more in any competition run by the Promoter 6 months prior to their Entry in this Competition.

Minor prize draw:
The minor prize draw for online registrations will take place at 9.05am on Friday the 18th of November 2011 4MMM of William Jolly Place, 309 North Quay, Brisbane QLD 4000. The draw will be a manual random draw.
Out of this, (5) five people will each get the chance to bowl out a professional cricket player. The competition heats will take place between 9.05 am – 10.55am or earlier if the cricket player is bowled out.
Each person will get an attempt to bowl out the cricket player. If (2) two or more people manage to bowl the cricket player out, they will get another attempt verses each other until only (1) one person has been deemed the clear winner at the promoter’s discretion.
ITEM 11: PRIZE DETAILS
There will be a maximum of five (5) x minor prizes for people to participate to win $5000.
Each minor prize will consist of one (1) each of the following:
- One (1) x the chance to bowl out a cricket player to win $5000. The
attempt will take place between 9.05am and 10.55am on Saturday the 19th November 2011 at Devine Homes Woodvale, Corner of Paradise and Morayfield Roads Burpengary.
- Maximum Prize Value: Money Can’t Buy.
Each major prize will consist of one (1) each of the following:
- One (1) Cheque or Eftpos transfer in the amount of $5000
- Maximum Prize Value: $5000.00

All successful entrants must be onsite at the event on the 19th of November 2011 to have their chance to bowl out a cricket player. The professional cricket player will be decided on the day of the event. Each entrant will be placed at random into the heat and will need to ensure that they are onsite for the full time of the competition or until the winner has been announced the promoter. Failure to do so will result in forfeiting of the prize.
All cricket equipment will be supplied by the promoter. Contestants must bring their own protective accessories.
All contestants must have no prior health conditions and must be of suitable physical health to take part in the activity. The Promoter is in no way responsible for any injuries sustained throughout the activity or subsequent to the activity.
Contestants will be required to sign a copy of these terms and conditions, a rule sheet and also a Release and Indemnity before being permitted to partake in the activity.
All Contestants take part in the activity at their own risk and are responsible for arranging their own insurances for the purposes of taking part in the activity.
All decisions as to who is the successful winner is at the promoter discretion and are final, no discussions will be entered into.
By entering this promotion all entrants acknowledge and consent that all material produced throughout the promotional period is owned by the Promoter. The Promoter may use the entrant’s details, image, audio, likeness for the purposes of marketing and publicity and will pay no further remuneration for such use
