HOW TO ENTER
To be eligible to enter, individuals must log onto the greatrounds.com Facebook page and follow the prompts as directed to the competition entry page, input the requested details,
explain in 25 words or less how they would revolutionise the game of golf in Australia and submit the fully completed entry form during the promotional period. The 4 people who submit the best answers as determined by the Promoter will win a prize each, and the top 4 people who refer the most friends who sign up for the competition will also win a prize each.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Entry is open to residents from Australia only. Employees (and their immediate families) of greatrounds.com (the Promoter) and related and affiliated entities and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to win the major prize.
The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant's identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries or other communications. Entries will be deemed void if forged, manipulated or tampered with in any way.
Only one entry permitted per person.
The Promoter is under no obligation to publish the number of referred entries.
Images and descriptions of the prizes are indicative and may be different from actual prizes won.
Promotion commences on 24/10/2011 and closes at 12.00pm AEST on 01/12/2011 ("Promotional Period").
There are 10 prizes in total. The prize pool has a total retail value of over $7000. Major Prize for best response of 25 words or less to question 'How would you revolutionise the game of Golf in Australia?' is:
2 Nights for 2 Adults at the Hyatt Regency Coolum staying in a Deluxe Double - studio style accommodation with two double beds.
Prize is for two guests and includes continental breakfast only daily, adult entry to The Spa, and tennis court hire.
$200 resort credit for the winner for their use within the resort.
Flights included for 2 adults from any Australian Mainland Capital City on Saturday November 26th 2011 to Maroochydore Airport (subject to flight availability and airlines at the discretion of the Promoter) and returning Monday November 28th 2011.
Prize includes transfer to and from Maroochydore Airport to the Hyatt Regency Coolum by shuttle bus.
Standard deluxe double room applies, changes are subject to availability and rates and any excess charges (such as telephone, internet access and mini-bar) are to be met by the competition winners.
Additional Prizes
Prizes for both top 4 referrers and 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th prizes in the 25 words or less competition will be as follows:

1 x Tiger Woods Golfing Apparel Kit (Polo, Pants, Cap, Belt) - styles, sizes and colours subject to availability and at discretion of competition organisers.
1 x TaylorMade R 11 Driver - stock standard graphite shaft
1 x Callaway Razr Staff Golf Bags - colours and styles subject to availability and at discretion of organisers.
Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash or cash equivalents.
The winners will be selected by the promoter throughout the Promotional Period. All valid entries received within the Promotional Period will be entered into the Prize draw. The major prize winner will be selected on November 2 2011, and the minor prize winners on 2 December 2011.
All winners will be notified in writing by email. The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Products will be delivered by mail to the winners in the week following 1 December 2011.
Prizes must be accepted in the condition in which they are delivered and cannot be returned, modified, refunded or resold.
If any prize is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize to the equal or greater value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
Any cost associated with accessing the promotional website is the entrant's responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used. The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows an entrant to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and will render all entries submitted by that entrant invalid.
Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter's control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; or (f) use of a prize.
The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the Promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including, but not limited to, prize suppliers and as required, to Australian regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional on providing this information. The Promoter may, for an indefinite period unless otherwise advised, use the information for promotional, marketing and publicity purposes including sending electronic messages or telephoning the entrant. Entrants should direct any request to access, update or correct information to the Promoter. All entries become the property of the Promoter.
