To be eligible to enter, individuals must log onto
http://www.facebook.com/woolworths and click "Like" then follow the prompts as directed to the competition entry page, input the requested details and submit the fully completed entry form during the promotional period. If individuals already ‘Like’ the Facebook page, they are still eligible to enter, and they need to follow the prompts as directed to the competition entry page, input the requested details and submit the fully completed entry form during the promotional period.

Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Entry is open to residents from Australia, aged 13 years and over only
The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant's identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries or other communications. Entries will be deemed void if forged, manipulated or tampered with in any way.
Only one entry permitted per person unless the person has referred friends on Facebook to the promotion via the Woolworths Facebook competition page. In this instance the participant will be allowed additional entries to the promotion equal to the number of entries received from those referrals.
Promotion commences 16/11/2011 and closes at 11:59pm AEDST on 29/11/2011 ("Promotional Period").
There are 42 minor prizes in total. Each minor prize consists of an Apple iPod Touch 8GB White RRP $198 each. 3x iPod Touches are to be given away each day for 2 weeks. There are 4 bonus draw prizes in total. Each time 5,000 additional entries to the competition are received (5,000, 10,000, 15,000, 20,000) a bonus prize will be awarded consisting of Apple iPad 2 Wi-Fi 16GB Black RRP $557 each until 20,000 entries are received.
Total prize pool is maximum RRP $10,544 AUD. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
The daily draw of the iPod Touches and bonus draw of the iPad 2’s will take place at Level 1, Building 1, 85 O'Riordan Street Alexandria NSW 2015 10:00am AEDST on the following dates: 17/11/2011, 18/11/2011, 21/11/2011, 22/11/2011, 23/11/2011, 24/11/2011, 25/11/2011, 28/11/2011, 29/11/2011 and 30/11/2011. Prizes drawn on Mondays will cover Saturday, Sunday and Monday draws. All valid entries received within the Promotional Period will be entered into the Prize draw, and will be valid for the prize draw every day from the day of entry up until the close of the competition. The winners will be announced on weekdays at 3pm on
www.woolworths.com.au and on the Woolworths Facebook page
http://www.facebook.com/woolworths. The names of all the winners will also be published in The Australian newspaper on Saturday 10th December 2011. For the prize draw that occurs over a weekend (Saturday 19 November 2011, Sunday 20 November 2011, Saturday 26 November 2011 and Sunday 27 November 2011), the winners will be drawn and announced at 3pm on the following Monday.
The Promoter may conduct an unclaimed prize draw at the same time and place as the original draw, on 29 February 2012, to distribute any prizes unclaimed by that date, subject to any applicable law. The first valid entry drawn will win an unclaimed prize. The winner will be notified by email.
All winners will be notified in writing by email. The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Prizes will be mailed to the winners via Australia Post.
If any prize is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize to the equal or greater value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
Any cost associated with accessing the promotional website is the entrant's responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used. The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows an entrant to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and will render all entries submitted by that entrant invalid.
Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter's control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; or (f) use of a prize.
The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the Promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including, but not limited to, prize suppliers and as required, to Australian regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional on providing this information. The Promoter will not use the entrant’s personal details for any marketing, promotional or publicity purposes. Personal information will only be used to contact the winners . Entrants should direct any request to access, update or correct information to the Promoter. All entries become the property of the Promoter.
