Our judges are looking for a simple but descriptive name that will remind people that our friend is always on the hunt for the best bargain in our store! Your name can be two words (a max of 25 characters) – ie. Bargain Bob.

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions of Entry. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Total prize pool available is $1,000.00AUD comprising of:

Entry is only open to individuals aged 16 years or over.
Direct family members of the judging panel of this promotion are ineligible to enter.
The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant's identity, age and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. If there is a dispute about the identity of an entrant, the Promoter in its sole discretion, will determine the verification of identity suitable. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
Multiple entries permitted, subject to the following: (a) only one entry permitted per day; and (b) each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with entry requirements.
The competition commences 12.01 Thursday 10 November through until 11.59PM Friday 25 November 2011. All times are AEST. Entries received after this time will not be included in the competition.
One (1) winner will be elected by a panel of judges at Terry White Management, Milton 4064 on Monday 28 November 2011.
The one (1) winner will receive total prizes comprising of:
One (1) $500AUD Westfield XS Voucher; AND
One (1) $500AUD Brighter Choice & Pharmacy Direct store credit
Winners will be notified by telephone and via email by no later than 5.30PM Monday 7 November 2011.
The winner and the winner’s proposed character name will also be announced on the Brighter Choice & Pharmacy Direct Facebook page on 30 November 2011.
In the event of winning the competition, you (and if you are under 18 years of age, your parent or guardian) consent to Terry White Management Pty Ltd using and disclosing your name and the entry for publicity, marketing, promotional and publication purposes whether on-line, print or by other media services and communication tools.
Terry White Management Pty Ltd will not be liable for any payment to you or for any claim by you as a result of, arising out of, or in any way connected with the competition or the use or disclosure of the entry.
The draw and the promoter's decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
All entries become the property of the promoter. The promoter collects the personal information on the entry form provided by entrants in the competition for the purpose of the competition. By entering the competition, each entrant acknowledges a further primary purpose of collection of entrants personal information is for direct marketing, to contact entrants with marketing information and to market improve and add to products and services that may be of interest to entrants. Major Prize

Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming the voucher are not included. Any unused balance of the voucher cannot be redeemed or paid as cash. Redemption of the voucher is subject to any terms and conditions of the issuer including those specified on the voucher.
The deemed winner will have their prize expressed mailed to them by 4.00PM on Monday 5 December 2011.
General
In the event of war, terrorism, state of emergency or disaster, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion, subject to any written directions from a relevant regulatory authority.
Subject to the unclaimed prize draw clause 13, if for any reason a winner does not take the prize or an element of the prize by the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the prize or that element of the prize will be forfeited.
If any prize (or part of any prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
Any cost associated with accessing the promotional website is the entrant's responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used.
