2. New Zealand Natural Sydney, Level 3, 8 West Street, North Sydney NSW 2359, is the Promoter of
this competition. This competition is not in any way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or
associated with, Facebook.
3. This competition is open to anyone living in Australia that loves icecream! Employees of Emerald
Foods or its stores, advertising or promotion agencies are not eligible to enter the competition,
nor are the members of their families (defined as parents, children, siblings, spouse, defacto and
life partners).
4. To enter, participants have to ‘like’ the New Zealand Natural - Australia page on Facebook to
access the competition details on the ‘Summer of Ice cream’ tab and complete all details on the
entry form including answering the question. Entry into the competition is automatic upon
completion of a correct and fully completed online entry form. Participation in the competition
is limited to one entry per person.
5. The competition starts Friday 4th November 2011 and runs until 5:00PM Friday 2nd December
2011. Entries received after this closing time will be ineligible for entry.
6. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion,
defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction
or unauthorised access to or alteration of entries.
7. One winner will be drawn at random at the offices of Emerald Foods, 1 Accent Drive, East Tamaki,
Auckland on Monday 5th December 2011 at 11:00am.
8. The winner will be notified by phone number or email address provided. If the Promoter, having
used reasonable efforts is unable to contact the winner prior to Tuesday 6th December 2011,
then the prize is forfeited and further draw(s) will be conducted. The Promoter’s decision is final.

Prize entitles the winner to 24 containers of 946ml packs of New Zealand Natural ice cream. Winner
can choose between New Zealand Natural Chocolate Ecstasy, Classic Vanilla, White Chocolate
Raspberry, Cookies & Cream, Macadamia Supreme, Zilch Vanilla or Zilch Chocolate flavours.
10. The prize will be delivered to the winner by the Promoter’s local distributor. Winner can choose
if he/she would like the full 24 containers in one delivery or 4 deliveries of 6 packs each. All
deliveries must be complete within 12 months of competition closing date.
11. Prize is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Winner will need to allow at least
4 weeks for the Promoter to finalise and deliver product.
12. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will take no responsibility for prizes lost
or damaged in transit.
