1. These conditions of entry relate to ‘Ambi-Pur Summer Scents Pack’ online competition organised by Fairfax Community Newspapers ABN 77 000 310 654 of 1 Worth Street, Chullora NSW 2190.
2. By entering the competition, entrants shall be deemed to agree with these conditions of entry.
3. Entry is open to all NSW residents except all employees and the immediate families of Fairfax Community Newspapers and all their associated advertising agencies, who are ineligible to enter.
4. The Competition commences on 21st November 2011 at 12.01am (EST) and concludes on 2nd December 2011 at 11.59pm (EST) or with last entries received.
5. Participants can enter via the competition link on their local Fairfax Community Newspaper website.
6. Participants must provide their name, address and contact number and tell us in 25 words or less ‘Why they deserve to WIN!’
7. The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
8. There are 5 x individual prizes to be won
9. 5 x prize winners will each receive an Ambi-Pur Summer Scents pack. Each pack contains 1 x New Zealand Springs, 1 x Hawaiian Flowers, 1 x Thai Dragon Fruit, 1 x New Zealand Springs (ellipse), 1 x Hawaiian Flowers (ellipse), 1 x Lavender, Vanilla & Comfort (ellipse), 1 x Spring & Renewal (ellipse) and 1 x Sweet Citrus & Zest (ellipse). Each Pack is valued at $48.00 GST Inclusive
10. Total prize pool value: $240 GST inclusive
11. The winners will be drawn at random on 5th December 2011 at 10am (EST). The selection will take place at Fairfax Community Newspapers, 1 Worth Street, Chullora, NSW 2190. If the winner is under the age of 18 years the prize will be awarded to their parent or legal guardian.
12. Entries will be selected by a panel of judges and will be determined on the creativity and wit of words only of their 25 Words or less answer. This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winners.
13. Winners will be notified by mail.
14. All entries become the property of the Promoter. All entries will be entered into a database and the Promoter and may potentially use the entrants' names, addresses and telephone numbers for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes in any media worldwide without notice and without any fee being paid unless otherwise advised by the entrant.
15. The Promoter holds no responsibility for lost, late or misdirected mail once the passes have been posted to the winners.
16. If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including due to cancellation of event or infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the promoter, which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness or integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process.
17. The promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with any prize/s, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
