Terms and conditions

1. Information on prizes and how to enter forms part of these conditions of entry.

2. The Promoter is the Queensland Performing Arts Trust, ABN 13 967 571 128, of Queensland Cultural Centre, South Bank Qld 4101.

3. Entry is open only to subscribers of QPAC eNewsletters. To enter you must complete the survey questionnaire including providing your QPAC subscription email address. One entry only per subscriber.

4. Directors, management and employees of the Promoter are not eligible to participate in this promotion.

5. The competition closes at midnight on 12 December 2011.  No entries received after this closing date will be accepted.

6. The draw will take place on 21 December 2011.

7. One (1) major winner and two (2) runner up winners will be randomly drawn  from eligible entries.

8. The winners will receive:

   a. One (1) main prize awarded to the first entry drawn consisting of two (2) A Reserve tickets to the show of their choice at QPAC plus dinner for two (2) at QPAC's Lyrebird Restaurant to the value of $200. Tickets must be booked at least one month prior to performance date and are subject to availability.

   b.  One (1) runner up prize awarded to the second entry drawn consisting of one (1) gift hamper from Grinders valued at $100.

   c.  One (1) runner up prize awarded to the third entry drawn consisting of one (1) voucher to the value of $100 to be redeemed at Brisbane City Blooms.

All prizes must be redeemed before 31 March 2012.

9. The total prize value of the promotion is a maximum of $750 (includes GST and fees). This figure is an estimate only and the Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in prize values.

10. The prizes are not redeemable for cash and are not transferable to any other person, except as provided in these terms and conditions.

11. The winning entrant will be notified by email or telephone.

12. No responsibility will be taken for any lost, damaged, or misdirected entry forms.

13. The winner of this promotion agrees to allow his/her name and/or photograph to be used in conjunction with any advertising or promotion for, on behalf of, or at the direction of the Promoter.

14. All entries become the property of the Promoter and may be entered into a database and used for the Promoter's marketing, promotional and publicity purposes. The Promoter respects your privacy rights and will only use your personal information as indicated. You may request access at any time to personal information held by the Promoter about you.

15. Subject to any applicable laws which can not be excluded, Queensland Performing Arts Trust, will not be liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered or sustained (including but not limited to direct, indirect or consequential loss), arising either directly or indirectly out of or in connection with the prize or the promotion.
