Celebrity chef Alastair McLeod from Brett’s Wharf will lead a cooking Masterclass each day to share his tips for creating the perfect Christmas feast. There will also be a demonstration by top chefs from the Novotel Brisbane Airport on Saturday and James Street Cooking School on Sunday. An expert from Dan Murphy’s will be at each session with advice about winematching.
Visitors also will have the chance to sample food and wine prepared by the pros and Masterclass participants will take on cooking challenges for a chance to win prizes. No bookings are required but participants are advised to arrive early to make sure they get a seat.
