Terms and Conditions
By entering Warner Music Australia Pty Limited's ("Warner") "Warner Music Australia Get Santa Silly" Competition, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:
STANDARD TERMS
Information and instructions on "How to Enter" form part of these conditions of entry. By entering the Competition, entrants accept and agree to be bound by these conditions of entry.
WHO CAN ENTER?
The only persons who may enter and be awarded the prize are those who are;
residents of Australia; and
register at
www.facebook.com/warnermusicau and
are over the age of 15; and
are not employees of the Promoter or their associated companies, agencies or families.
entrants under the age of 18 must seek prior permission from their parent or guardian to enter this Competition. Any such entrant without this permission is not eligible to enter the Competition.
THE COMPETITION
The competition is known as the "Warner Music Australia Get Santa Silly" Competition.
HOW TO ENTER
The Competition commences on Thursday December 1st 2011 at 10.00am (AEST) and concludes on Tuesday 20th December 2011 at 5.00pm (AEST) ("the Competition Period").

www.facebook.com/warnermusicau and register your name, date of birth, email address and postcode;
Step 2: Follow the prompts on the
www.facebook.com/warnermusicau and select three prizes in order of what you want to win, from those that are available to be won on the day of your entry, and then describe in 25 words or less why you deserve to win?
For each day of the Competition Period, entries must be received by 5.00pm (AEST) to be eligible to win the prizes available to be won for that day. To be eligible for the Major Prize, entries must be received by 5.00pm (AEST) on Tuesday 20th December 2011. The time of entry will in each case be the time entries are received by the Warner database. No responsibility is accepted for late, incomplete, lost or misdirected entries.
Entries must not be insulting or otherwise objectionable or infringe any law or intellectual property right (including copyright) or otherwise breach these terms and conditions, and the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry of the kind described in this clause.
Entrants may only enter only enter the Competition once per day of the Competition Period.
All entries shall be and remain the property of the Promoter and may be used in future commercial and marketing exercises.
HOW TO WIN
Each entry will be individually judged based on the most original and creative entry and the entrants with the most original and creative entries for each day of the Competition Period will determine the prize Winner and each Runner Up for that day. The entrant with the most original and creative entry for the entire Competition Period will determine the Major Prize Winner. The decision of the judges (to be nominated by the Promoter in its discretion) is final and the Promoter will not enter into any negotiations regarding the Competition result.
The Winners and each Runner Up will be notified by email on the first business day after the day of their entry, and an announcement of the Winner and each Runner Up will be made available on the
www.facebook.com/warnermusicau. The Major Prize Winner will be notified by email on Wednesday 21st December 2011, and an announcement of the Major Prize Winner will be made
www.facebook.com/warnermusicau from Thursday 22nd December 2011.

The Major Prize Winner will win a prize packs as follows:

The retail value of the prize is A$10,000. Prize value is based upon the recommended retail prices as at Thursday 1st December 2011 (inclusive of GST), and the Promoter accepts no responsibility for any change in prize values between now and the date that the prize is claimed. The Promoter reserves the right to request the Winners and Runners Up to provide proof of identity, residency and entry into the Competition in order to claim the prize which will be verified at the discretion of the Promoter.
Prize details are correct at Thursday 1st December 2011. Should any part of the prize be unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances or reasons beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter may at its discretion vary or amend prizes so as to provide reasonable alternative prizes and the Winners and each Runner Up agrees that no liability shall attach to the Promoter or parties connected to the Promoter as a result.
Prizes are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or other goods or services and cannot be taken in parts.
If for any reason the Winners or each Runner Up does not (or is not able to) claim an element of the prize at the time stipulated by the Promoter then that element of the prize will be forfeited and cash will not be awarded in lieu of that element of the prize.
By accepting the prize the Winners and each Runner Up agrees to participate in and co-operate as required with all reasonable media editorial requests relating to the prize including being interviewed, photographed and/or filmed.
It is a condition of accepting the prize that the Winners and each Runner Up must comply with all the conditions of use of the prize and prize supplier's requirements.
It is a condition of accepting the prize that the Winners and each Runner Up may be required to sign a legal release in a form determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion.
NO LIABILITY
Warner and its affiliates and associated agencies and companies will take no responsibility for prizes damaged or lost in transit, or late, lost or misdirected entries.
Warner and its affiliates, associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any misadventure, accident, injury, loss (including consequential loss) that is suffered or for any personal injury suffered or sustained or for any claim that may occur:
during the Competition;
whilst undertaking any travel won on or connected with their entry into the Competition
in the participation in any prize;
as a consequence of late or lost entries or computer malfunction;
in relation to failure of an entry message to be received by the Promoter on account of technical problems or traffic congestion;
arising from or related to any problem or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines or mobile communications network related to or resulting from participation in this Competition;
due to circumstances outside the Promoter's reasonable control;
the unavailability or inaccessibility of any service whether or not caused by traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Website;
unauthorised human intervention in any part of the Competition;
electronic or human error which may occur in the administration of the Competition;
any loss suffered or sustained, to person or property and including, but not limited to, consequential (including economic) loss by reason of any act or omission, deliberate or negligent, by the Promoter, or its servants or agents, in connection with the arrangement for supply, or the supply, of any goods or services by any person to a prize winner and, where applicable, to any family/persons accompanying a Winner or Runner Up;
any injury or damage to persons or property, including to the participant's or any other person's computer related to, or resulting from, participation or downloading any materials in this Competition.
This condition does not affect, and is not intended to affect, any rights a consumer might have, which cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws. To the fullest extent permitted by law, any liability of the Promoter or its servant or agents for breach of any such rights is limited to the payment of the cost of having the prize supplied again.
In the case of the intervention of any outside act, agent or event which prevents or significantly hinders the Promoter's ability to proceed with the competition on the dates and in the manner described in these terms and conditions, including but not limited to vandalism, power failures, tempests, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strike, war, act of terrorism, the Promoter may in its absolute discretion cancel the competition and recommence it from the start on the same conditions, subject to any written directions given under State Regulation.
Warner, its affiliates and its associated agencies and companies associated with this competition assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries, and reserves the right to take any action that may be available.
If for any reason this Competition is not capable of running as planned, due to causes including but not limited to infection by computer viruses, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the promoter which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this competition, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, take any action that may be available, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition, subject to any written direction given under State Regulation.
The Winner and each Runner Up is responsible for obtaining their own independent legal advice.

Entry details remain the property of the Promoter and its related entities. The Promoter is collecting the entrant's personal information for the purpose of conducting and promoting this competition (including but not limited to determining and notifying the Winner), and, for the purpose of sending you competition and direct marketing material in relation to programs and products and services available through the Promoter. The entrant may request access to his or her personal information by writing to the Digital Marketing Manager at 39 – 47 Albany Street, Crows Nest New South Wales, 2065.
HEADINGS
The headings in these Conditions are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.
ENTIRE CONDITIONS
These conditions constitute the entire agreement of the parties relating to the entry into and the conduct of this Competition
