How exciting, the first of December, the first day of Summer and the countdown to the Jolly Fat Man paying a visit. So the silly season is now well and truly upon us. I look at my calender for December and it is filled with festive fun. As you know, I have been a participating blogger for Mum's United. It has been a great way for me to actively reflect upon how we eat and get active as a family. Being the season of indulgence, I can see just how easy it is going to be to slip back into some bad habits. A bit of thought and a bit of planning together with lots of nourishing beach time will help see us through the festive month.
