Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these conditions of entry.
Only valid for residents in Australia and must be over 18 years of age. Entrants can only enter once, multiple entries will result in the same reference number appearing. Each authentic winning ticket must have a new reference number to be validated. Employees of Running Bare Aust. and their families are not eligible to enter. Only Eligible Persons under 18 years old must have parental/guardian approval to enter and further, the parent/guardian of the Eligible Person must read and consent to these Conditions. Parents/guardians may be required by the Promoter to enter into a further agreement as evidence of consent to this Competition.
To enter, individuals must login to their Facebook account and agree to provide their email address, first and last name. Entrants can only play once.
All prizes are instant win. Individuals acknowledge that any instant win prizes as detailed below may have already been won at the time of entry. All legitimate winners will be notified via email from Running Bare. All notification emails will be sent to the email address used as registration to your Facebook account and will be evidence of your prize entitlements. Authenticity of notification will be determined by Running Bare Head Office.
The Promoter reserves the right to request winners to provide proof of identity, proof of residency at the nominated prize delivery address and/or proof of entry validity in order to claim a prize. Proof of identification, residency and entry considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the Promoter. In the event that a winner cannot provide suitable proof, the winner will forfeit the prize in whole and no substitute will be offered.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entry which, in the opinion of the Promoter, includes objectionable content, profanity, potentially insulting, inflammatory or defamatory statements, disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms & Conditions of Entry or who has, in the opinion of the Promoter, engaged in conduct in entering the Promotion which is fraudulent, misleading, deceptive or generally damaging to the goodwill or reputation of the Promotion and/or the Promoter. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify a winner if the Promoter becomes aware that the winner and/or the winner's entry is of a type described in this clause.
The promotion starts on the 29/11/11 at 9:00am(EADT) and closes at midnight 12th December 2011 (EADT). Any unclaimed or undistributed prizes will be redrawn on the 13th March 2012 at Running Bare Australia PTY LTD 1/ 26-34 Dunning Ave Rosebery NSW, 2018 and 1pm. All winners of the unclaimed prize draw will be notified by email by the 16th March 2012.
The prize pool consists of 5 x Ipad � 16GB Wi-Fi (valued at $579) and 7 x Ipod Nanos (valued at $148) 10 x $100 Running Bare Vouchers. Total prize pool, valued at $4931. Winners will receive an email advising them of their winnings All prizes valued in Australian dollars. Prize values are the recommended retail value and are correct at time of printing. Running Bare accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the prize. Allow 2-4 weeks from the date of your win for your prize to be shipped.
The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash or other goods and services. Running Bare will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with any prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
All entries become the property of Running Bare. The collection, use and disclosure of personal information provided in connection with this competition. Entrants acknowledge and consent that the collection of personal information will be in accordance with the Running Bare Privacy Policy.
Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, Running Bare (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence) for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the promotion, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter's control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these conditions of entry; (e) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; and/or (f) participation in the prize.
