1.Entry into the promotion is deemed acceptance of the terms and conditions of these Conditions of Entry.
2.Information on how to enter and the prizes form part of these Conditions of Entry.
3.Entry is open to Australian residents who are 16 years and older and who are connected to the Country Road Facebook page via 'Like'. Employees and the immediate families of the Promoter and its agencies associated with this promotion are not eligible to enter. The promotion is hosted via

4.The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry.
5.Multiple entries per person are permitted; however entrants will only be able to submit one entry per day and will remain eligible for only one (1) prize pack per day during the Promotion Period.
6.Promotion commences Wednesday 7 December 2011 at 9:00am. Entries close Sunday 18th December 2011 at 11:59pm (the "Promotion Period").
7.The Promoter is not responsible for late, lost or misdirected entries and all such entries shall be disqualified. If the entry procedure to the promotion is found to have been tampered with in any way, including submission of 'spam' entries, the Promoter may withdraw the promotion at their discretion. All entries must be received by Sunday 18 December 2011 at 11:59pm.
8.Judging will be conducted at Level 1, 12 River Street, South Yarra, VIC 3141 on Tuesday 20 December 2011. Winners will be notified on Wednesday 21st December 2011 via email in the first instance, and then if the winners do not respond with acceptance and the address the prize is to be shipped to within 24 hours, then the Promoter will attempt to contact them on the mobile phone number set out in the entry (if provided). The winning submissions will be posted via a status update on Country Road's Facebook page on Wednesday 21 December 2011. The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. If a winner fails to confirm acceptance within five (5) working days of receiving email notification, they will forfeit their prize and the Promoter reserves the right to substitute them with another entry.
9.The Promoter will take no responsibility if a prize winner's contact details are incorrect or incomplete or a prize winner cannot be contacted.

Participants will provide full name, email address, mobile number and submit an entry consisting of a comment answering the following question in 25 words or less "What does a Country Road Christmas mean to you?".
11.All times and dates mentioned refer to the (AEST) Australian Eastern Standard Time zone.
12.The one (1) best entry each day of the promotional period, as judged by the Promoter, will win the prize that is available to win that day.
13.The winners will be selected based on their submission's relevance and creativity in answering the competition question "What does a Country Road Christmas mean to you?".

15.Total prize pool value is RRP$714.25 (AUD). The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the prize value. Prizes or any unused portion of a prize are not refundable, transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
16.The prize will be sent by post to the prize winners within 4 weeks of winners' announcement. The Promoter will cover all postage costs and will take no responsibility for prizes damaged in transit.
17.The winners agree to participate in such reasonable publicity as may be requested by the Promoter. The winners agree to the publication of their name and winning entry as referred to in paragraph 10 above.
18.The Promoter may select another winning entry on 25 January 2012, at 11am in order to distribute any prize unclaimed by that date, subject however to any written directions given under Reg 37 of the Lottery and Gaming Regulations 1993 (SA).
19.In the event that the prize, or element of a prize is/are not available, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute prize(s) in its discretion to the same and equal recommended retail value and/or specification subject to any written directions from the various Lottery Departments.
20.If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned (including but not limited to) infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and, subject to any written directions given by the various Lottery Departments, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion.
21.The Promoter is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet or at any website, or any combination thereof, (including but not limited to) any injury or damage to participants or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials in this promotion.
22.Any entry over 25 words and not including a comment to the following question: "What does a Country Road Christmas mean to you?" will be deemed invalid.
23.The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of participating in this promotion or accepting any of the prizes, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
24.In the event of war, terrorism, state of emergency or disaster the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion subject to any written directions from the various Lottery Departments.
25.All entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt into the promotional database and not at the time of transmission by the entrant.
26.The Promoter collects entrants' personal information in order to conduct the promotion. If the information requested is not provided, the entrant may not participate in the promotion. By entering the promotion, unless otherwise advised, each entrant also agrees that the Promoter may use this information, in any media for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference, payment or other compensation to the entrant, including sending the entrant electronic messages. Entrants' personal information may be disclosed to State and Territory Lottery Departments and winners' names published as required under the relevant lottery legislation. A request to access, update or correct any information should be directed to the Promoter at their address set out below.
