8: How to enter Entrants will be encouraged to visit the Station Website to fill in the entry form, including by their contact details and answering the question in 25 words or less “Where are you dreaming of going to cure the 'Monday Blues' & why?” Weekly on Wednesdays at 12pm, all valid entries received between Wednesday 12pm the week before and Wednesday 12pm (week of) will be judged by a representative of the Station and the entry deemed the ‘best’ (in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion), will win a Prize. For the avoidance of doubt, each registration only qualifies the entrant to go into that week’s draw for the Prize. Entrants must register each week to be eligible for that week’s Prize. 2
9: Prize Details There are eight (
Prizes to be won (one per week), consisting of: - Jetstar Travel Voucher valued at AU$500 (including GST)
10: Prize valuation Total prize pool: up to AUD $4,000 (incl. GST)
11: Limitation on entries (i.e. number) Entrants may enter as many times as they wish, however they may only win one Prize.
12: Age Limitation Entrants must be aged 18 years or over (at the time of entering).
13: Judging Criteria Each entry will be individually judged by a Representative of the Station. The ‘best’ entries will be determined on their creativity and ability to communicate their favourite cure for Monday Blues & why.

20: Special conditions Entrants must be 18 years of age or over at the time of entering. Voucher Terms & Conditions
a. Booking must be made within 6 months from the date of voucher issue, for travel commenced and completed within 12 months from the date the voucher is issued. Voucher are created on the issue date as stated on the voucher itself. Jetstar will not extend the booking dates under any circumstances. Unless otherwise stated, airfares are non-refundable. Limited changes are permitted for a fee.
b. Vouchers must be redeemed in one transaction only. Any amount not redeemed will be forfeited. Vouchers are redeemable only by the person whose name is stated on the voucher. The Voucher and its value can be used only by the person whose name is stated on the voucher; however the Voucher may be used to make a booking for a passenger other than the person named on the Voucher so long as the person whose name is stated on the Voucher is the contact on the booking.
c. Vouchers are only redeemable up to the value stated on the Voucher for Jetstar fares, taxes, fees and other charges associated with normal Jetstar Internet or Reservations bookings. Vouchers must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if the recipient is unable to use it as stated. Vouchers are not redeemable for cash or other goods and services.
d. All travel is subject to availability at the time of booking, the fares conditions quoted at the time of booking and the Jetstar 4 Conditions of Carriage.
e.Jetstar Airways Pty Limited (“Jetstar”) makes no claims in relation to weather or other conditions at the travel destination and the Voucher recipient should make their own enquiries before travel. Jetstar, its related bodies corporate, their officers, employees and agents will not be liable for any loss, damage or personal injury whatsoever (including but not limited to direct, indirect and consequential loss) suffered or sustained in connection with the use of this Voucher, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law .
f. Any additional travel booked in conjunction with the use of this Voucher will be subject to standard booking conditions. The Australian Radio Network General Terms and Conditions as published on the Station Website and available from the Stations reception on request subject to such variations may be provided for in this Schedule. 5
