Competition details: (see full terms and conditions) The promoter of this promotion is State Super Financial Services Australia Limited (SSFS) ABN 86 003 742 756 of Level 9, 83 Clarence Street, Sydney, NSW 2000. Entry is open to a person in Australia who is 18 years of age or older at the time of entry and is (a) a current or former member/contributor of at least one of the following superannuation funds: (i) the State Authorities Superannuation Scheme; (ii) the State Superannuation Scheme; (iii) the Police Superannuation Scheme; or (iv) the CSS, the PSS or the PSS Accumulation Plan; or (b) at the time of entry, holds an interest in one or more of the following: (i) the State Super Personal Retirement Plan, offered in the State Super Retirement Fund; (ii) the State Super Allocated Pension Fund, offered in the State Super Retirement Fund; (iii) the State Super Term Allocated Pension Fund, offered in the State Super Retirement Fund; (iv) the State Super Fixed Term Pension Plan; or (v) the managed investment schemes comprising the State Super Investment Fund; or (c) at the date of entry: (i) has met with an SSFS planner; (ii) has attended a seminar by SSFS and returned a registration form; (iii) is a subscriber to News and Views, published by SSFS; or (iv) is a subscriber to SSFS’ monthly Investment Commentary. Entries open on 12 December 2011 and close at 5:00 pm AEST on 24 January 2012. Entrants must complete an online application form which can be obtained at www.ssfs.com.au and submit the form online. Prize drawn at SFSS' office on 25 January 2012 at 3:00pm AEST by a random number draw. The prize comprises: (a) one iPad 2 (featuring Wi-Fi and 3G capability) 64GB (Black); (b) one iPhone 4S 64 GB (Black); and (c) one MacBook Air (13.3 inch 13.3/, 1.7GHz processor, /4GB of RAM and /256GB flash storage). Total prize value is $3,747 (recommended retail price). The winner's name will be published in "The Australian" newspaper on 1 February 2012. If the prize is unclaimed by 30 April 2012, a draw for the unclaimed prizes may take place on 1 May 2012 at the same time of day and place as the original draw, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority. SSFS will use your personal information to enter you into the draw, to participate in the promotion and for general marketing purposes. You do not have to give SSFS the information requested but if you do not, SSFS will not be able to enter you into the draw.
