‘The 24 Gifts Of Christmas’ Terms & Conditions
 
The terms and conditions for ‘The 24 Gifts Of Christmas’ 2011 competition are as follows:
 
1. York Jewellers ‘The 24 Gifts of Christmas’ promotion is open to customers of York Jewellers who spend $100 or more in store between 16th November and 24th December 2011. Each person is entitled to one entry form per $100 spent. 2. Competition closes at close of business on December 24th 2011. 3. The 24 winners will be chosen at random from a draw at close of business on consecutive days between December 1 and December 24th 2011 at York Jewellers. 4. The winner will be notified by phone immediately following the draw, if the person cannot be contacted all efforts to notify the winner will be made. If the winner cannot be contacted on the day of the draw they will be notified in writing within 7 days of the draw 5. Customers who lay-by an item or make a special order over $100 between these dates receive one entry form on the date of the original lay-by or special order. 6. Subsequent payments on a lay-by or special order do not receive additional entries into the draw unless payment is received in full by end of promotion being 24th December 2011. 7. Customers who had put an item on lay-by prior to the opening date for the competition do not receive an entry form for subsequent payments over $100 even if these payments are made after the opening date of the competition, unless payment is received in full by end of promotion being 24th December 2011. 8.
